I couldn’t follow any of the dietary suggestions other than I should not eat anything at all. Why list all sorts of cheeses I cannot eat? Wouldn’t it be easier to just say- No Cheese? Then I located an article by a scientist completely discrediting this blood type diet approach.

Recommendations for me are mostly spot on for my blood type although it seems like we should be able to do better as far as individualization goes in the 21st century.
