Side by side with biblical teachings and sayings of Jesus are the apocryphal New Testament teachings and things including the Gnostic gospels discovered in 1945. The apocryphal writings are strange reading. Every time I delve into the apocryphal writings I know why scripture is strictly related to Cannon. Interesting reading but a little strange and places.
