Do you like:
- isolated places
- gossip
- low-stakes interpersonal conflict
If so, you will enjoy this. It's like having your very good-hearted, occasionally problematic aunt fill you in on all the hyperlocal drama of her small the middle of the South Atlantic, a five-day boat journey from anywhere else. I absolutely got a kick out of this. The writing's sparkly and fun, too.
