Book two starts right where the first book left off. After Mia's transformation, she captures the attention of her ex. She hopes to gain information that will help clear her brother. She gets a job as a stripper where the murdered girl worked at to further her cause. When no one is the wiser of the new her being the real her, she has what she hopes is her goal in sight.

Grant, the ex, notices the similarities between Mia and the new stripper that's caught his eye. As she infiltrates the lives of he and his team, more and more things seem familiar. Is it really Mia? Can he help her if it is? As the plot thickens and twists, this series just gets better and better. I'm all in!

Mia is back as Kseyna , the Ukranian stripper that is now her new identity in order to find out who really murdered Tiffany and who is setting up her brother Joaquin to take the fall. Mia's brother was a Navy Seal and now he is sitting in jail awaiting trial for the murder of a stripper named Tiffany. Mia knows that he is innocent and wants answers, but the Seals stick together so Mia concocted a plan to go undercover. Now she has landed back in Grant's life - her ex boyfriend and brother's best friend to try and get answers. In Chronic we have two POV's - Mia's and Grant's. In Grant's we know that he has his strong suspicions that Kseyna is really Mia but things aren't adding up for him and he keeps trying to trip her up and for Mia - she is still on the hunt for answers , but in Chronic it seems she will get more unanswered questions especially when she goes to visit Tiffany's family and learns she has a son who is the spitting image of Mia's brother. Were Tiffany and Joaquin more involved than what Mia was lead on to believe ? We also learn that Mia was raped and stabbed her rapist with the heel of her stiletto - what happens when she comes face to face with the person she gave the scar too ? Grant discovers that Mia has had a C-section , what happened to the baby and was it is ? Mia as Kseyna goes to visit her brother Joaquin - what will be his response when he sees her ?
Another awesome installment in the Se7en Deadly Seals series by Alana Albertson and I now can't wait to get my hands on Book #3 and read that and hopefully a few of the unanswered questions in Chronic will be answered.

Holy shit this was good!!!!!!! The last couple pages revealed Mia's secret, and damn I can't wait to see what's going to happen in the next book.

This book left even more questions then the first one and I'm hoping all will be revealed soon.

Mia is going so far out to help exonerate her brother it's insane and I'm hoping at the end her and Grant can come back from this.

There is literally a turn of events with every turn of the page and I feel like I want to scream if I don't get my questions answered.

Poor Mia she has suffered in silence for so long that I hope she is able to find the closure she so desperately needs.

Me está gustando mucho esta serie, me encanta como la autora desarrollar los personajes y los misterios que tiene.
Me tiene muy intriga que pasara entre ksenya y Grant si por fin llegue a tener una relación. Si Ksenya logré tener su venganza. Y si Grant es capaz de perdona Mia y ayudar a Mia a exonera a su hermano
Buenos con cada capítulo me está dejando con una intriga que solo me quita cuando comienzos a leer el próximo capítulo.

Una historia de romance militar  con elementos de suspenso  que narra la historia  de Mía Santa Cruz y Grant Garrion. El hermano de mía es acusado de un homicidio y ella en su afán de demostrar  su inocencia se transformará  en una mujer nueva para engañar a todo los Seal  del equipo siete, incluyendo a su ex.

Con este segundo libro, vemos a una Mía muy decidida a buscar la verdad  para demostrar la inocencia de su hermano Joaquín, transformándose en una mujer Irresistible lejos de lo que ella verdaderamente es. Ha  renunciado a uno de sus más grande sueños  todo con tal de descubrir  y poder limpiar su nombre y así obtener la libertad de su amado hermano.

Pero el camino le resulta complicado, tiene que pasar una dura prueba lograr engañar y pasar desapercibida frente a su exnovio un seals Gran carrión que la conoce demasiado bien,  pese al dolor y los demonios a cuestas nunca han podido olvidarse, pero al parecer no logra engañar a Grant el está completamente seguro pese a su transformación que es su amada mía, a él nada se le escapa la estaba dejando ganar, pero hará todo lo posible por protegerla y lograr encontrar  al verdadero  culpable.

Me ha costado un poco para engancharme pero después de que han pasado los primeros capítulos me ha atrapado y me ha gustado mucho

Esta es la primera obra de la autora que he leído. Me ha gustado mucho la historia de Grant y Ksenya es bastante original.
Sobre todo me ha llamado la atención como.los personajes van evolucionando. Una nivela diferente, intrigante, y emocionante.
Si te gustan las novelas románticas con navy seals no te la puedes perder.

We start right where we left off in book 1 with Mia making her way deeper into the SEALS close knit circle. Grant is on his own personal mission to figure out who is this woman that’s captured his attention again. I’m hanging on each word trying to solve the mystery myself as we’re given little clues here and there. We’re left with another cliffhanger that has me yelling WHAT?! Keep moving and get ready for book 3 because there’s so much more to come.

In this book Mia and Grant got closer and Grant is now pretty sure that Ksenya is Mia and is trying to catch her and find out what she's up to. We keep seeing the negative side of the Seals and their wives and it's kind of disappointing. I want to see them be strong and protective, not douche bags who abuse women. We did learn an interesting piece of information at the end that will change everything, so maybe in the next book Mia will finally tell Grant everything?

Mia is out to prove that her brother is innocent. She transforms herself to go undercover to get information. She has to get close to her brother's team mates. One of those is her ex boyfriend.

I really enjoyed this story. I like the suspense and drama. I just hope it does not blow up in her face. It does end in another cliff hanger with unanswered questions setting up for book 3.

Una segunda parte que nos va resolviendo dudas que se formularon en el libro 1 con nuestra protagonista, la cual no ha tenido fácil pues cómo sabemos por su hermano hizo un cambio radical para poder exonerar de su situación de cárcel, creyendo que nadie se daría cuenta de su cambio, pero el hombre de su vida y mejor amigo de su hermano ya empezado a percatarse de ciertas cositas en común de su bella stripper rusa y su tierna bailarina Mía.

También en esta trama descubriremos más de esa pequeña pesadilla que vivió nuestra protagonista y fue el motivo de dejar a su amado y nos deja con una incógnita que esperamos nos resuelvan en el tercer tomo.

This is shaping up to be a great little serial!

First off....
That blurb! I love these little blurbs coming out w/each new book <3
So many questions from that ending! Some things I had thought but then dismissed as I was reading.... But that ending!! Now I'm back to not knowing a damn thing.... In a good way lol
I have no idea who is good and who is bad. Looking forward to book 3 so we can see how far each of them are willing to take this. (I'm hoping they cave, at least w/each other lol)

Overall I'm interested in where this is going and will be picking up the next one :))

Oh, holy nail biter! What an explosive, roller-coaster of a ride. Mia is out to prove her brother's innocence and will stop at nothing, while Grant will not be taken as a fool. But old feelings run rampid along with twist after twist. Oh, and who is the murderer? Everyone is a suspect here. Keeps you guessing from start to finish.

I was given this free for my honest review. Poor Mia has been totally blocked by her brothers team members and her brother is refusing to see her or allow her any information from his lawyer, So she disappears to re invent herself to do this by herself under cover. What this story pulls you into has you on the edge of your seat, brilliant writing and the characters are so strong, the story pulls right at your heart strings too and omg I can't wait to see what happens.

This is book two out of 6. This second books picks up right where book one leaves off. After Mia’s transformation she goes to her plan of finding out the truth and who killed Tiffany. She has made her self the image of Grants dreams and goes to work. She gets a job as a stripper to see how close she can get to finding the truth. This series if full of twist and turns.

Grant starts to notice some similarities between Mia and her new image Ksenya. He starts to question small things her smell her mannerisms.

Mia has her reasons for leaving but she questions what if. She has held this in for so long not telling anyone what happened. She wants to save the only thing she has left in her life her brother and is willing to do what ever it takes.

I voluntarily read this as an ARC to leave an honest review.

In Chronic Mia now changed into Ksenya from the Ukraine sets out to discover a way to save her brother from a murder charge. Working as a stripper with the makeover into Grant's ideal woman, she soon attracts his attention and finds fooling him is harder than she thought.

The twist revealed in Chronic starts to give an idea why she left Grant two years ago. She discovers several of Mitch's secrets and this part of the story ends as a cliffhanger.

Grant’s seeing his Mia in everything this strange new woman says and does, but he’s not sure how to prove it. Can Mia save her brother with her masquerade? Will she even survive it?

Is she Mia?

He is not sure about this girl, is she the love of his life or not. She has had surgery and has an accent, but there are signs... He is a Seal who has missed Mia for the last four years. Written in first and second person, the story is short on many details. I received this free and am writing an honest review.

I am so consumed with Mia's story that I'm shaking! I've been fighting tears, shaking my head and NEEDING to read faster. I'm still shaken by the extremes she has taken, the things she is putting herself through to free her brother. It's deep, emotional pain that keeps popping up but keeping me going. The reinvented Mia, aka Ksenya, was now trying to find some information to help her brother to escape from the murder wrap, he currently was being held for.
Working as a stripper, trying to meet some of the girls that had been at the party, or some of the SEALS that were also there.
It was tough going, especially as Grant was on Ksenya to move from the job she had.
