Very in depth and I was after the basic but I definitely learned a lot! Quite a lot is so technical it went straight over my head.

An A-Z guide of the fine art of composting. That's what is covered here: the fine art. This book doesn't really go into the science behind composting and a student may need to look further afield for works on organic waste disposal and recycling.

But for someone who wants to run a heap in their backyard? This book is for you.

Who knew there was so much to know about compost? Excellent book! I bought is as a reference for my little compost bins journey toward fertilizer, but ended up reading it cover to cover.

I like that the illustrations lean toward altered art with a touch of ransom letter.

A good little reference book on compost, covering basic elements and ingredients. This book is beautifully illustrated and I really liked the back pages of diagrams, tables and record sheets.
