This book had good points but was too vague to be of much help to me. Basically it has five points:

Care for your relationships and cut ties with people that drag you down

Follow the legal and moral rules

Take care of your health

Focus on the most important things to decide whether something is worth the time and effort

Respect money but see it for the tool that it is and spend less than you make while sharing things with others
