Some good advice and safety precautions. It doesn't go into incredible detail on very many oils, but does a much better job at educating on proper use of essential oils than do the major oil companies in the US which I feel like do a disservice to people in not educating them on safety while selling oils rampantly.

Amazing! This is a book to cherish and have on hand to reference frequently.
