Most of the recipes didn’t appeal to me. I mean, turkey spaghetti pie? Hard pass. It’s also outdated, probably written during the time when fat was the enemy and the points are definitely no longer accurate. Margarine in everything and little evoo and no butter. Lots of pull out your blender or food processor, again no. Pictures were few and far between and the desserts seemed weird.
A couple of savory dishes look good. Tried a couple of the sweets and they don't taste worth even the fewer calories they save. Some include the calorie cutters of low-fat, no-fat and sugar artificial sweeteners of which I'm not a fan. So try the others but skip the sweets.
