I've been waiting so long for the end of this trilogy! I've wanted to know how Darlena deals with Hecate and her Red magic powers, and learn even more about this great world that Jen McConnel has created! Is Lena able to save the world, or do Hecate's plans come to fruition?

There's so much at stake in Triumph of Chaos, and the title had me worried about the outcome from the very beginning! Lena has so much on her plate, especially after the

Now I have a major reading addiction. And I stumbled upon Month 9 Books by some type of divine intervention. This is one of their books that I purchased because it was coming out, and I wanted to support one of my favorite book publishers. So, I picked up this book as a pre-order to see what all of the jazz was about. And I wasn't fully disappointed.

I haven't read the first two books so I have no idea what happened. I was able to get the gist from the book when the main character, Darlena is ref

Well this is another awesome book and I'm glad Lena finally got a patron but I feel like it ended in a cliff hanger and it deserves another book

Ahh finally she stopped whining and swore to Persephone. I really loved how she went and told Hecate fuck you and Rochelle like really woman really? All that because your jealous like bitch bye.
Aside from that this was marvelous and I need more.

1. That ending.... what? I'm not a fan of things that are open ended. Please write another one.

2. Some of the things that happened were ridiculous or far fetched but it happened so fast I didn't mind.

3. Some of the writing felt rushed. I wish it was a little bit longer and some scenes weren't _____ happened. Okay moving on.

Overall I loved this series.

'Triumph of Chaos' is the third and final book in the thrilling Red Magic Trilogy. It picks up where the previous one left off - with Darlena trying to figure out a way to destroy Hecate and the rest of the Red Gods. She and Izzy decide that they're going to need the help of the other Witches - which doesn't go over so well. Darlena has serious trust issues after everything that's happened over the past few years, and it seems like the other Witches are just as wary of her. Darlena's beginning t ...more

I enjoyed this series. It was a slightly different take on the previous sorts of witches/Gods books I have read and it was a welcome change. In particular I liked the way witches and magic was meshed with the worship of the Gods and I liked the idea of the different paths both intriguing and interesting.

This book, book 3, kept me interested right through to the very end. Even though I didn't particularly like Darlena at times,

I have to finish any book I start. Sometimes the beginning is awful but it pays off by the end. This was most definitely not one of those book series. Beginning to end was pretty bad. The characters were flat. Darlena was annoyingly whinny. Her relationship with Justin started out interesting until I found out that they were no longer together because he wouldn't have sex with her....seriously. The ending was the biggest let down. It builds up to this big battle. Gods standing at the ready to go ...more
