Rate this book
Did she dare? Taylor Blaine had everything going for her….new city, new house, new job….all the pieces of her carefully constructed life were back in her hands and she did not need a man to complete her. Until Darian crashed into her life. Suddenly, all the pieces were scattered like broken glass. How could one man cause so much chaos? Did he dare? Darian Rowe’s life was one big play after another. As the quarterback of the Barracuda’s, he was used to the press photographing his every move, women throwing themselves at him and the games that came with it. But the game changed when Taylor came into his life. She wanted nothing from him. All she wanted was to go back to her life before Darian. Could he convince her to leave her perfect life behind and take a chance on him?

2.5 Hot Mess Stars.

Had potential but badly needs a proofreader and experienced editor. Several wrong words. The POV switched constantly to whomever had a thought in a scene. Dialogue questions and answers did not match up or make sense.

Skimmed to finish rather than just giving up but it was hard since I did not like the characters or their actions half the time.

NOT safety gang safe!! - See updates and highlights. 😵

Not sure I want to finish. It's Going down hill from here. What a shame! Use to be very happy with a few of her Fan Fiction stories. What the heck happened? Sad! Not purchasing any other books from her! Stick with Fan Fiction please!

I enjoyed this book. There were situations in this story that I didn't expect. Taylor was minding her business when Darian ran into her. He is a famous football player, but he feels bad for his actions.

Darian does everything he can think of to make up for hitting her and causing her pain. She wanted to be left alone, but he kept on doing his best to help her. She had a crazy ex and now she had to do her best to stay away from him.

This is a great story about forgiveness, new beginnings, dealing with bad past relationships, and opening your heart to new possibilities.
