A nice short story from the Roe Witch Workd

I loved Salt and Storm and this was a nice shorty story that grabbed all the elements that I loved from that world. i loved the short scene with avery and the roe witch of Prince Island and I loved the concept. I would have liked to see a bit more to develop the characters more. It felt too short.

A sweet and sad short story in the world of Salt and Storm.

Simple yet strong

It's been a while since I read a short story like this. Alice's strong and independent and she teaches James everything he needs to know. This novella short but sweet.

I felt bad for James in the story always chasing after the one he loves.
