When I started reading it, I knew it was a western pulp fiction. A book that should be read while sitting on a toilet, but damn it was awfully badly written... story was... Well, there was one. Nothing too great, not terrible, but rather boring. The Characters were super one-dimensional. It felt like they were all one and the same person. It still was written better than things on Wattpad, but is that really an achievement? In summary: good for quick reading when you're bored and don't have the energy to read anything "ambitious".
This is the 7th in a series. I didn't read the first six because well, I found this one at the book exchange at bridge club. It's really cool how this Lassiter kicks ass in the old west traditional sense and no one is at all squeamish about shooting bad guys or hanging them. They just do it.
