First off, I am not a prequel gal. I'm not gonna lie I avoided reading this book for like a month after I finished the second book because I knew I needed to read it but I couldn't let Liv and Trey go. BUT this was probably my favorite book so far! I was great seeing more of the story. I fell in absolute love with Martin. This book was intense. And heart wrenching. Illuminating. Beautiful. I can't believe I didn't hate it for how sad it made me feel. This book was a love story and a back story in one. Note from the author: This book is a prequel. However, its place as #3 in the series is important. Trust me. :D

If you're new to the series, be sure to read books #1 and #2 first. These books are very sequential and are meant to be read in order. Happy reading!
