4 Backstage Passes
This is the third installment of the series. Each installment is set to come out every week, and each part is written by a different author. Unlike most rock band books, these books tell the story of the people connected with the concert. Yanis is the gorgeous Greek band manager of Australia’s hottest rock band, The Screaming Tuesdays. It is the end of the U.S. tour and Yanis has had it with Carson Swift, the band’s U.S. tour manager. For some reason Carson has “enjoyed pointing out the difference between Australian and American speech. Perhaps she did it to highlight he wasn’t on his home turf now.” The tour has been a power struggle from the start. In an effort to distract and put Yanis off his game once again, Carson accidentally, on purpose reveals more of her cleavage than is acceptable. Yanis no longer in control of his emotions, turns the table or should I say desk on Carson.
This third book is also a very fast fun read that takes seduction to a new level. Yes the situation is over the top and it is hard to believe that people could act like this, but the fantasy of being in this situation is worth purchasing this book.

I'll say up front that I haven't read the first two books in this series, I picked this one up because this author is an auto-buy for me, however I don't feel like I missed anything by not reading those first two books. This book was completely self contained and can be read as a stand-alone story.
Sexy doesn't even begin to describe this story...it was hot, passionate, and without a doubt a bit naughty! Yanis Drakos is the manager of the band, The Screaming Tuesdays who are on tour and currently in the United States where Carson Smith is in charge of managing the tour. Let me be flat out honest, this is an erotic, sexy romp. It is not a hearts and flowers romance and if that's what you are looking for then step away. These two really don't like each other, they butt heads, they trade barbs but the sexual tension rolling off of them is palpable at first glance. The argue, they tease and they engage in some angry s*x with both of them trying to get the best of the other. If you need a quick read to get your motor running then I urge you to check out Yanis as there's no doubt it will do the trick!

Alpha male alert! But not just your regular alpha male, this gets an extra warning because it’s a Lexxie Couper alpha male which for the uninitiated is essentially an alpha male times 100! The best description for Yanis is Coupers own, “In her line of work…she met a lot of conceited sex-god Alpha males. Yanis Drakos made them all look like awkward adolescent boys”. From the very first scene, Yanis’ magnetism is on display countered (though perhaps not successfully) by the sassy female lead, Carson. We’re also privy to Carson’s angsty attraction to Yanis which gives the a believeable past for the two characters and allows the story, and their relationship, to progress quickly. The chemistry and sex is undeniably hot, add to that the immediacy of the storyline without feeling at all rushed; strong background and development of the characters and you’ve got an absolute winning combination. Buy it. Read it. Love it. Then tell all your friends to do the same.

When these two are in a room the tension is thick, the electricity is sparking. Lexxie sure knows how to make a scene come to life, and when I walked into a lift the next day one scene was front and centre in my memory!
This is the first book of Author Lexxie Couper that I have read, and wow what a taster! I will be checking out her back catalogue of books.

Yanis Drakos will tell you that being a tour manager for The Screaming Tuesdays is about more than just the logistics of making sure the lads are in the correct city, on the correct day, at the correct arena, and they are all sober when they hit the stage. One must also work with the manager for the tour for the country in which The Tuesdays are in at that moment of the months long world tour. And when the US manager is just a hard ball as Yanis, the battle of wills can be both frustrating and arousing. Carson isn’t about to let Yanis win at everything just because he is an Alpha Male and sees her as nothing but a submissive female. Everything from promotional logistics to the time of appearances to whether it is a ‘shopping centre’ or a ‘shopping mall’ becomes a contest of wills. And sometimes foreplay is just a lot of words and the sparks that fly catch fire

Original Review @ Naomi’s Reading Palace
This is the third story in the Secret Confessions: Backstage serials. What I love most is that every character is different; they each have a different reason to be around the band, and in this case Yanis is the band manager and Carson is the US tour manager. I liked how this particular story was told in a different location, so that I was able to get a different kind of steamy encounter with these two. Both characters are very dominating and find it hard to relinquish control, so it was interesting to see them step out of their comfortzones.

In this weeks episode we are focusing on..... Yanis - The Screaming Tuesday's Aussie tour manager, and Carson - the US tour manager.
Months and months of sniping, disagreements, bickering has lead to a boatload of lust and unresolved sexual tension between Yanis and Carson.
I swear, the proximity lust just from reading!
This short story is just smoking hot!
You could feel the attraction, the lust, the passion between these two fly off the pages.
And I just wanted more!
I am really enjoying all of these novella installments, but I feel that this one turned up the heat just a little bit more.

Lexxie Couper once again delivers a deliciously sexy story with lots of down and dirty sex that I thoroughly enjoyed. This was a very quick story but it did not miss a beat. I enjoyed the bantering and sexual tension between Yanis and Carson who clash with one another about The Screaming Tuesday band tour. They are both strong-willed individuals and won't back down except when it comes to giving into their desires and boy, did they ever! This installment is part of a series but I had no problem reading it without having read the other books. If you are looking for a quick, scorching hot read, you should consider giving this one a try.

Yanis is the third short story in the Secret Confessions: Backstage series. Yanis is true to form with the previous shorts in the series with red-hot scenes. Lexxie Couper knows how to write scorching stories be it novel, novella or short story in length. The fiery chemistry between Carson and Yanis shapes their love of grating on each other since their first meeting until they reach their tipping point. Yanis is one of those reads that you pick up when you want a well-written, red-hot, fun, and quick read.

A short read
This is a great book for a hot lunchtime read.
Yanis and Carter have a definite love - hate relationship. But a hot one. Neither want to give up their power and struggle as to who the alpha is. Yanis leaves Carter wanting more, so she goes after him. What happens in the elevator.........hot!!

Secret Confessions-Yanis
I want more, love these short sexy, hot stories, but they leave me wanting to see where they go, this one especially. Love Carson andYanis, both determined, hard headed, strong, business minded, drawn to each other, sexual chemistry is off the charts, left me wanting more to their story,great read.

4.5* Another really enjoyable short story in the Secret Confessions ~ Backstage series. This one features Yanis Manager of the Screaming Tuesdays and Carson Swift, Tour Manager for the American leg of the Screaming Tuesdays tour and is my favourite one so far.

This was a great novella. It was full of sexual tension and was very hot. Yanis and Carson had really strong chemistry which made for an interesting read. I really enjoyed this story.
