Alka Dhillon has brought centuries of Vedic wisdom down to modern day, fast paced, can't breathe earth. Something in here for everyone...not just women. When I read that only 2 minutes of meditation per day .... albeit, CONSISTENTLY, but it's only 2 minutes and even I can sit for that long .... is beneficial, I started meditating. That was over three months ago and I do believe I am ready to move up to 4 minutes per day. It's subtle, powerful, and it gives me THE OM FACTOR. People are telling me I glow. Which cracks me up because I need a new haircut lol!

"When the same issues seem to arise, realize there is a lesson you must learn to break the cycle. The universe mirrors it back until you get it" (56).

"When we forgive we are in control of how we feel about the person or situation after that. There is no more anger or resentment. There is only love. Nothing will transform or change without letting go" (82).
