Personally I see little difference in these recipes that make them Mormon versus other mid-century cook book collections. They all seem like pretty standard recipes you could find across the country, for home cooks, who like to use processed ingredients. I made the cheese ball, and it called for two specific brands of processed cheese. It was good, but pretty generic. I got this from my mom, and hope to find something in it that stands out as particularly from Utah.
