This is a great book to use as a quick guide for balancing work and life. You can pick a chapter that you want to work on, or you can read it through and then have it as a reference. Some chapters to choose from: Understanding Emotional Issues, Working smarter, not harder, Dealing with stress etc. There is something for everyone in this book, and it's only 69 pages so you can read it again and again.

I was delighted to find a few of Dr. Holden's earlier books available recently. I thought I had all of them but apparently there were a few that were not published in the USA. This is packed with work related insights and reflects his early wisdom.
