I have been burnt out on reading lately. I have been finding myself making excuses not to read books, even if they are my favorite author. This reason is why I kept putting off Hometown Girl. I couldnt bring myself to read it. Well, I decided to revamp my reading schedule. From Friday night to Sunday night, I do not touch my Kindle. About halfway through, this book lost my interest. I am not sure what it is, perhaps that there was a lot happening (the issues with the ex-husband, the mystery with the sister's death). I skimmed through to the end. The ending was sweet.
