I need to write quickly...

So that I can get to Book Seven. I'm truly amazed at the quality of writing found in this series! The author has a wonderfully descriptive style that effortlessly puts you right there where the action is. At the same time he is able to portray quiet thoughts and emotions with clarity. I read lots of zombie genre and Michael Stephen Fuchs' series is about some whole lot more than zombies!

Omnibus Two, magnificent!

This whole series, thus far, is a pulse pounding page turner. I read it at work, I read it when I should have been sleeping, I read it during meals. The action never stops and it never gets repetitious. Nothing boring or monotonous, just constant adrenaline. Can't wait to get to the next one. I'll be really sorry when it's done.

“Alpha’s response to the armed conflict was nearly inevitable, and Henno knew it as the old rule for winning pub brawls: don’t bluff, don’t threaten, definitely don’t shove or escalate. But when you know it’s going to kick off, you just turn the knob all the way to the right – the pint glass to the face, the knee to the groin, the headbutt that crushes the nose. Maximum violence, instantly.” 5 likes
“And it was about the human spirit. It will see you through, Drake figured. But, sometimes, only if you’re willing to ride it to the far limit.” 0 likes
