This book delivers on it's promise. Do all that is in this book, and you will spend more than 10 minutes per day. The book gets right down to it's thesis in the first two chapters. There is an easy menu of 10 items. Each spouse chooses 3, and then you agree on which ones you will use for your daily 10 minute conversation. It's true, you could stop there, but why stop there. Why not go for a great marriage? I've already got a 2 or 3 page document with notes from it that I am sharing with my wife. But, then she already knows this stuff - she got the book from the library and it was so good that we bought a copy.
