Rate this book

As managers rise up the corporate ladder, they seek answers and guidance in the latest management trends. They find suggestions for strategies without the groundwork for implementation. pretty interesting read, except it has lots of references to death, but this is a book on JAPANESE style of management

plus, it talks about 'saving face' concept and integrity - acting same way at work, with family, in business!

This was a fun quick read. I enjoyed the parallel language to the bushido classic, as well as the lessons contained that hold up well in the modern world.
