Angel Radio was an enjoyable read, though it had enough plot twist to leave your head spinning.

Throughout the novel we follow Erika, 17 year-old girl and also seemingly the last human left on Earth after the Angels (strange beings that appeared suddenly across the globe) decimated the rest of the human population. After being prompted to finally leave her hometown by cryptic voices coming from the clunky radio she carries everywhere, Erika begins her journey to find the owners of the voices of

Interesting concept handled beautifully by freshman writer

I first heard of Angel Radio on a tumblr post, and picked up the ebook. The world presented in this novel is dire, bleak, and desolate, with a catastrophic event that plagues the world into post-apocalypse. The main character Erika is a sarcastic, short-tempered character who suddenly finds herself all alone in the world. 2.5 ( .5 for the gorgeous cover).

Okay, this book is really interesting in its strangeness.... unfortunately for me, I was digging my heels and nearly gave up reading this one (despite the cool dystopian world with angels premise. I mean it was strange to the extreme and I didn't get the "twist".

I didn't know why Erika did anything, her actions and thoughts were inconsistent (even she says that she has no sort of motive for what she does). It seemed like a weird free for all and I didn't feel f

This is one of the strangest books I've ever read, and I honestly can't say if it's good or bad. It's undeniably interesting and unique, though, and the visuals it created are stunning. Also all the twists were cool.
