As much as I didn’t want to rate this 5 stars I could not in good faith rate it any lower... this godly story vanished my sadness away.
On another note... why does this exist? Oh well what a fun 1hr and 30mins of my life. Also can someone please create Voldemort’s Reddit account.

i get this was a troll but like. WHAT
the weird focus on chest hair, the overuse of semicolons and dashes, why one earth are the phrases “little ones” and “mommy” used SO MUCH ITS CREEPY, the Protestant views on Catholicism that are so inaccurate it actually hurt.... like this just wasn’t funny like my immortal. it had nothing goin for it

Offensive on so many levels, I can't even comprehend it in my brain.
However, I do think it's a trollfic. The last chapter is pretty meta, so I think the author was self-aware and doesn't actually have these beliefs.

I think this is satire, and I cannot stress enough that I REALLY hope I'm correct about that.
If it's not satire, then the author of this book is sexist, against science, and against every religion that's not her own - and on top of that, she's clearly never read the actual series that she's parodying.

It gradually increases in absurdity so at one point you're not even sure whether the author is joking or not. I especially love the author's notes, they definitely add a special touch. The entire thing made me laugh uncontrollably multiple times.

well last night i was strolling through gr and i stumbled upon this mh........... idk guys, this thing
i decided to read it. i have made a mistake and yet i actually did a dramatic reading of it and ended up having some good fun though i was also in acute pain all along :D
this is awful, idk what on God's green earth (pun intended, yes i'm a comedy genius) possessed this woman to write this so called "book" and actually publish it but wtf did i just read????? that being said i wasted 5 perfectly g ...more

Spoilers for anyone who hasn't read.
In all honesty, I loved it. As I used to go to a Christian school, if you were to tell me a Christian mother wrote this, I would believe you. (Minus the last chapter and some other bits of course.) The ending is what really makes this great for me because when you look back at the rest of the story, it just makes it so much weirder. I also loved how the author kept described Voldemort as evil, even as he was the sanest character in the whole story.

Actually pretty good satire. Stuff like altering your writing style deliberately is hard to keep consistent, but "Grace Ann" did a good job of that! As well as the little prefaces. So yeah, good satire but I think I'm glad I went into it knowing it was satire, otherwise I'd probably have read the first chapter and left uninterested.
Let me explain, for the majority of this I totally thought it was real and was prepared to give it one star. However in the last chapter it was revealed that this is in fact satire. Or at least I think that’s what happened. Because of this, I changed my rating due to the fact that I completely fell for it and so it did what it said out to do perfectly.
Great fun. Satire. The adjectives and adverbs alone are amazing! I'd heard about this online and am so glad I found it.

This is amazing, this is beautiful, this is the greatest thing I have ever read, and I thank this woman for contributing this undeserved amazingness to humanity.
This Godly and righteous story of incredulous prayers and invisible miracles is truly and honestly a magnificent story to bring any god-fearing and adoring human little one to the light and brightness of a good, wholesome mood.
