⭐⭐⭐🌠to The English Roses - Big Sister Blues by #madonna ~
.
It's about 5 preteen who call themselves English Roses. In this book (actually, this is the 5th book in this series) tells about Amy, who about to have a younger sibling and believe it will change her life into disaster. But with the help of the other English Roses, Amy finally realized that being a big sister is not a disaster at all, it's a gift ~
.
Actually, I kind of shock that Madonna really can write. Obviously this book written when she were married to Guy Ritchie, who is an English Man. And despite one of the English Roses that said "didn't have much", still this is a story about kids with established parents (if not rich). I mean, being disappointed because you failed to present at Milan fashion week is not for everybody, right?
But overall, this book is cute.

In her chapter books for young readers, Madonna does a great job teaching manners, friendship, and simple truths.

This book addresses Amy’s frustration with the anticipated arrival of a new brother or sister. She fears that the extremely close friendship she has with her mother will be lost with the new addition. Her English Rose friends help her to realize that her mother has enough love for all of them.

These series were my favorite series in 3rd and 4th grade. I read all the books in this series and they are still in my favorites.

Awwww, It makes me jealous that Amy just got her adorable younger sibling. I wish and wish I had one, it doesn't have to be a baby, unless its alive, let me suggest an example......like PETS! :)

Amy's mum is pregnant and that makes Amy worry about her future relationship with her mum. She might not be her mum's number one child. We heard it all before.
