Fantastic photography and some really spectacular images are complemented by interesting "narration" text.

Liberally filled with beautiful photos. This book is now a classic. I picked it up again and again to regal in the beautiful photography and accounts that shows the Navy that once was. It is now a walk down memory lane show the golden age of the United states Navy, the Navy that I knew during the years I served. I highly recommend it to any F-14 fan or Navy Veteran that served during the age of the F-14 if they can get a hold of it.

Great coffee table/photo book. Have leafed through it cover to cover, any times. Outstanding aircraft photography by author/photographer/U.S. Navy pilot C.J. Heatley. A must have for F-14 Tomcat fans and of naval aviation in general.
