When Goldilocks enters a little cottage for some food and rest, she doesn´t expect to meet three grizzly bears! With gorgeous illustrations to enjoy again and again.
Solo leo estos cuentos para ir practicando poco a poco mi inglés y así poder leer después algo más difícil. La verdad es que X, ni me voy a acordar que lo leí en dos semanas. Tengo una pequeña observación; QUIEN MIERDA SE METE SIN PERMISO A UNA CASA A ROBAR COMIDA Y SE PONE A DORMIR DESPUÉS 🥸
Goldilocks and the three bears is a classic story for young readers of adventure. The thrill is when little Goldilocks wanders into the bears home and makes herself very comfortable. She goes through each of the three bears belongings and has a different preference on each one of their things. The fun starts to really happen when the bears return from their adventure and find Goldilocks at home. Goldilocks is a mischievous but yet sweet character that young readers can really relate to. Her thrill seeking and rule breaking behavior makes for a fun protagonist for early readers. The bears are definitely side characters and pick up about halfway through the book. Overall, this book is a classic. Kids love to read it and parents usually love to read it to their kids as well. With this book in particular I loved how Scott used the illustrations to take up the whole page. He really did make it appealing for the readers and caught their eyes immediately. He also had a good amount of line concepts and stressed the vertical line aspect. There are many scenes where we are looking off into the distance and can see down the road or the house behind us. Also, the color scheme in this book is definitely intentional. Goldilocks is bright yellow and wearing blue, giving her this fun spirited but yet also oblivious character component. I loved this book overall. Obviously it is intended for children but it is definitely one I would recommend for any young readers.
