Don't write a BBW romance if the heroine loses weight and has a 'surprisingly sexy body' because her curves are in the RIGHT places.

A new planet, a king, and a simple girl. These are the makings of a great book, and Lisa Lace made that happen. The characters are developed well. I was able to feel the frustration that the heroine felt with her life, and the joy when she changed it. Meeting a king who wanted to be normal for just a night. The hunt for the mystery girl leads to a wonderful ending. I am excited that there is more to this series. I can't wait for the next installment.

Kenna takes a chance and works on an off-earth planet looking after plants growing in the soil. She meets Dar (the alien king) when there is a terrorist attack and he starts to realise that humans are not a lower form of life after all - in fact he is really not sure he can imagine life without her.
A great story with lots of drama and action. Thankfully true love wins the day (or at least seems to although I'm sure the next book might have a few more bumps in the road for them both).

A story with adventure, romance, with just enough mayhem and sassiness to get you going on a great adventure.
Earth is no longer the Earth we grew up in. Books and real food will cost you a bundle, just to get the real thing. Earth is too populated and overgrown. She learns that Earth wants to start another project on another planet. So when Kenna sees a chance to get off Earth comes along as a laborer for the new world planted called Dobu. She takes the reins of her life and gallops right in. Only she didn't realize she would be coming onto the planet that would later become a warzone. Can she survive long enough to get help and what about the Susohnnan King Dar in tow. Will he help her out? Or will he bring her down?
