Courtney Whittamore- The Moral of our Stories
I received a digital copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion. You can find this review on my blog at this address: http://www.themoralofourstories.com/b...

To have a true friend that understands you to your very core is one of the rarest and precious gifts we can come across in this life. To hold these relationships in reverence and to celebrate them in every form they appear is a great reminder of how special these bonds can be. I know in my own life, I have been blessed to come acro

As I begin this review, I am reminded of how I spent some of my summers heading to the Jersey shore meeting up with friends and just being kids. I am reminded of summer loves, fun with my best friend Cheryl and laughing till we cried. Hitting parties with boys, crushing on some and running from others lol. This story has touched my heart in more ways than one. I love books that make me feel good, make me laugh, *sigh but most of all captivate me and this did all of that.

In this story we meet Ness

This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.Nessa and Jacie have been friends since kindergarten. When they both have had a terrible year, they decide to take up Jacie's aunt's invitation to stay with her at her home on the Jersey Shore. Sixteen is one of the most chaotic and scariest ages there is. You're old enough to have been in some bad relationships already, but young enough to have not developed the wisdom to not make the same mistakes again. You're about to enter your senior year in high school, after which the mantle of "adult" is thrust on you whether you want it or not.

Summer is upon best friends Jacie and Nessa, who decided to spend the next few months living in the beach town of Lockwood Quay, on the Jersey shore. T

A sweet and tragic and heartbreaking story of first loves and first losses. This book had me crying at parts, smiling at others, and even cringing as it reminded me how hard it was to be a teenager.

Jacie has just been through something unimaginable and is looking to forget, needing to fill a hole in her heart. Nessa, her best friend is needing to get away from the mess that is her home life and just be a teenager for a while. When Jacie's aunt invites them to her little beach town for the summe

If you’ve read Something Borrowed. That’s exactly the vast differences between these two characters. Two best friends from the age of 6. Nessa & Jacie.
A summer on the Jersey coast is just what they needed. The summer of Fun!

This story has a lot of serious subject matters that Gina covers lightly. I enjoyed their story and I’m sure you will too!

**Xpresso Book Tours provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review**

What Interested Me:
I was in the mood for a fluffy contemporary set in the beach and I found this little gem of a book and requested it.

Plot:
This book has a PERFECT contemporary plot. I absolutely adored all the scandals and summer flings. This book practically screams summer contemporary. There are lots of oohs and aahs in the romanti

I enjoyed reading this. The writing was good, the plot was okay, but a little boring at times, amd the characters were also okay.
I liked Nessa. She was pretty careful at the beginning, didn't party or anything, but she wanted to be more carefree, to have a fun summer. Basically, to be more like her best friend, Jacie. And she does become more carefree. It was

4 stars for Corner of Ocean and Bay by Ginna Azzi.

Nessa Moore and Jacie Hayes have been best friends for what seems like forever. In fact, they are more like sisters than friends. Life has thrown them both more than their fair share of curve balls, but they have remained strong together.

The summer before their senior year is just beginning, and they are both super excited to be spending it together at the Jersey shore. They have each made a vow to one another to live every moment of this time to
