Spoiler alert: This is a fine book. As someone highly skeptical of all things “séance,” I was gratified to see how two skilled and caring spiritual practitioners are preserving the tradition in a way that makes sense and protects the interests of all concerned. The book leaves behind all the hype and fear and downright charlatanism in the popular mind, showing how the practice can be resurrected as a healing gift of respect and compassion. These two authors are for real--the book doesn’t just sound true, it rings true. Two thumbs up!
