Hi Everyone! My name is Paul and I’m a recovering sex addict...

Paul McNeill loves sex. Good sex. Bad sex. Oral sex. Any kind of sex. You name it; he loves it. But Paul's biggest passion is his greatest flaw. As a recovering sex addict, he's been abstaining and managing his addiction for over two years. Now, all he wants is to fall in love and find that certain someone he c

I want to say, first off, that I really like that this is 1st-person, all-hero POV. As a change up, I like reading romance from the perspective of the hero. It's fun.

The premise was pretty great, the delivery, not so much.

We have our hero, Paul, he comes from a great, god-fearing, down-to-earth, loving family. His mom and dad have set such a good example of marital bliss and fidelity that he's gotten himself into a program that's an off-

Wet was a sweet, fun, hot and heartwarming read.

Both Paul and Elle were likable and very relatable characters. I enjoyed watching their friendship develop into something more. They made me laugh, swoon and I even shed a tear or two.
Lot's of feels for this heartfelt story.

If you're looking for a refreshing storyline with lovable and fun characters you will love Wet, I highly recommend this book.

Thank you Ruth Clampett for writing such wonderful characters and a storyline that touched my

I am pleasantly surprised how much I liked this book! In the beginning I had to get into the book but I continued and am very happy I did because I am known to DNF a book if it doesn't pique my interest right away. This book went a whole other direction than I expected it to go. I was expecting a more erotica type of book with a LOT of sex, but I was happy that wasn't the case. It had a very unique story-line that I enjoyed reading. The writing is great!

The main character Paul is swoon-worthy,

I love the cover of this book. I was expecting a story that was more erotica than romance, not just from the cover, but also the title, and the blurb. I can't tell you how surprised I was to start reading and realize this book was a little bit of everything, and added all together it was great!

I was warned this book was much hotter than any of Ruth Clampett's previous books. I wasn't worried about that, because high levels of heat don't bother me. Instead of getting an erotic romance,

Paul is a recovering sex addict. When he meets Elle he is immediately attracted to her. Elle is only interested in casual hook ups while he is trying to find the right woman to date.
Will they give in to their attraction or will they find others to complete their very different goals?

For a book with a hot guy on the cover and named Wet, it was very tame. There was no sex until around 80% (I was skimming by this point).
It was too mushy and sweet for my liking.

A frustrating DNF for me at 55%. I have loved some of this author's other work.

First of all, don't let the title fool you. They met because he was helping his dad in his sprinkler business, and she was the client. The title sounds dirty, and it is misleading. Although the author tries to entice with the title and the main characters' attempts at sexual shenanigans, it's really not that type of book.

This was a mostly cute read, once I got past the first few chapters. I had a hard time with their initial meeting and the juvenile way they acted toward each other. Please forg

If you want a good story, with well-rounded characters, which will make you laugh, giggle like crazy, hope and believe in love and redemption, then stop reading this now and purchase this book!

To be completely honest...when I started reading, I wasn't sure that it was going to be my cup of tea. BUT, I quickly ascertained that the tale of Paul and Elle was going to be special. What an original idea to have the tables turned on the H and H! Both Paul and Elle were different than any characters I have ever read. Paul's family...LOVED THEM!

Elle completely threw me for a loop. Yes I love a strong, independent woman that goes balls to the wall for what she wants and works hard to get it but she is actually a whore. Like I'll take whatever and whoever I can't get kinda whore. She throws herself at Paulie the first time she sees him and while that whole thing could've been hot, it wasnt..i

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I went into this book not knowing what to expect. I read the blurb, but honestly wasn't quite sure if I'd be able to get into it or not. I was so wrong! This story pulled me in and refused to let go until the end. It has depth that is missing from so many romances today; the characters are complex with flaws and issues that make them painfully real and the events in the book are life-changing for each of them. I was really interested to learn from the author how the sex addict can build relationship built on love instead of lust. But no such thing happens, no deep feelings and Elle is plainly stupid - she knows about Paul's

This book started out promising because you had a guy who was a recovering sex addict and wasn’t going to have sex until he found love again. Paul is that guy-he is in a program called Abstinence Until Love and they teach him until he finds love, then no sex. He also attends sex addiction meetings. The problem is he has met a woman named Ellie at work who wants nothing to do with love and everything to do with sex-she wants to hook up and just have sex. Her reasoning behind that is she has gone

This is the first book by Ruth Clampett I've read. Wet is definitely one to quench your thirst with. The two main characters somewhat enjoy a game of cat and mouse. Though who's the cat vs mouse is up for grabs at any given time during the story.

I think the author did a great job building these characters and their fears, expectations, and their friendship. Though this book is listed as a romantic comedy, and there were several funny parts, I

I really loved the tables being turned on a traditional storyline. No heroine here waiting for a man who wants the white picket fence and 2.5 kids. Nope, Elle wants hot sex as often a
