The New York Times bestselling author of On Dublin Street returns to the bar where it all began with Braden and Joss for a white-hot new novella full of passion and drama.

When he’s not working at the club, Craig Lanaghan looks out for his mother and little sisters. So when it comes to women, all he wants is a good time. But once Rain Alexander walks into his life, there’s

We finally get a story about Craig, the sexy bartender that worked at Club 39 with Joss and Jo. I had almost forgotten about him but I'm so glad that S.Y. didn't.

One of the reasons is that we get to go back to the beginning when Joss and Braden have just gotten together and even though this isn't their story, I just loved all the little nuances between the two. ~sigh~

But Craig is quite yummy...definitely a contender, however, he is pretty set in his manwhorish ways. In walks Rain and he doesn't

Hey there, guys!! Sorry I have disappeared these last days, it's because I have had a very bad cold and I wasn't feeling too well to check my PC! However, I am good now and (obviously) I started reading again!!

I remembered that Samantha Young practically "ended" the Dublin Street series with the last book (which I loved so much) but still there is this new novella, so I went with it! Still not sure if there will be other stuff about this series but because I lov

Rain has been frequenting Club 39, hoping to meet up with her sister, Darcy’s ex-boyfriend, and make him pay for the pain he put her through. She plans to seduce and then humiliate him, but Craig, the sexy bartender and his magnetic pull distracts her from her mission.

Craig has never had the desire to be in a serious relationship, flirting and hooking up has satisfied his cravings up to this point. That’s until he lays eyes on Rain Alexander. She’s the epitome of a 1940s pinup girl, gorgeous wi

On Dublin Street series has been one of my favorite series ever since Samantha Young introduced us to Joss, Braden, Ellie, Adam and the other cast of characters that makes up this amazing series. And in this recent addition to the series, One King's Way, Ms. Young once again charms her readers with this sweet, beautiful and touching romantic novella.

If you are a big fan of the series like myself then you would probably remember the sce

PERFECT last novella from this amazing series.
I was a little disappointed with the last 3 books if I remember correctly - but this one was really adorable again!
The story takes place during the first 1.5 books in the series - Braden and Joss and Adam & Ellie are together, but not yet married.
I love that both Craig and Rain are not related to them all and that it doesn't take place in the now-time - there would've been waaaay too much mention of all the offspring and whatnots ☺

Big fan of the Samantha Young's work, so naturally I couldn't wait to pick up One King's Way. Naturally I was nervous, this was a novella, but Young did an amazing job not only the way she used the novella to tell the story, but the length of it was perfect. It went smoothly and wrapped up perfectly without leaving me wanting more. I actually felt, satisfied.

The story follows Craig the bartender who sets his sights on the beautiful Rain. Can we just talk about how cool Rain sounds with her 1940

ONE KING’S WAY is one of those instances where you need to know when to stop. After the last book in the series, that was supposed to be the end of the series. However, Samantha Young has released this novella featuring Craig, a character that we’ve been before. If I’m going to be totally honest with you, I didn’t like this novella. At all.

Craig is portrayed as the flirt. As a bartender, he gets a lot of attention with the ladies. However, I found that Craig’s attempt at flirting seemed to be

This is a hot and romantic novella that is loosely a part of the On Dublin Street series. It is set between books 1 and 2 and features Craig, a bartender who works at Club 39 with Joss. And yes, Joss, Braden (*SWOON!*), Ellie and Adam all make brief, although very welcome cameos. But this novella can easily be read as a standalone.

Craig is an out-and-proud manwhore - he enjoys women, flirts like mad while he’s working, but he never get involved. He’s not an asshole,

One King's Way is a novella (#6.5) in Samantha Young's contemporary romance series titled: On Dublin Street. I didn't know Ms. Young would be adding to this series beyond the sixth and final installment so I was so happy to see this title pop up!

One King's Way is Craig's story (remember him? the bartender Joss kissed at the bar way back when she was trying to make Braden jealous?). In this book, Craig is a one-night-stand kind of guy who surprisingly feels an instant connection with the heroine

Thank you to PENGUIN and Netgalley for providing a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

We were first introduced to Craig in On Dublin Street, and I have to admit, his ‘Do you want to shag me in the men’s toilets?’ line had me falling for him hook, line, and sinker. Craig was such a flirty playboy that I couldn’t wait to see what kind of a woman reeled him in. Aside from On Dublin Street this series has been a miss for me, and I’m sad to say that this book was no exception.

This is a stroll down memory lane as the timeline for this is between Until Fountain Bridge and Down London Road were Braden and Joss are dating and the girls still work at Club 39 with Craig.

Rain comes to Club 39 looking for someone and Craig is behind the bar working, Craig sees Rain in the crowd and is instantly intrigued by her. They start talking Craig flirting but Rain does not fall for his charms she wants more than a one night stand with a guy. Can Craig break through her armour? What do

“I know.” She looked sad. “But I got sick of waiting.”
Aha! “Sick of waiting for what? Or who?”
Rain’s eyes searched his. “Why are you so keen to know?”
“Because I’m intrigued.”
“But why?”
He laughed. “Why is the sky fucking blue? You intrigue me and that’s all I know.”
“There is a scientific reason for the sky being blue. Something about the elastic scattering of sunlight in the atmosphere or something…” she shrugged.
Still amused, Craig shook his head. “If you want a scientific reason for

A cute story and a trip down memory lane. This story is about Craig. Craig was the bartender who kissed Joss and made Braden jealous back when Joss and Jo worked as bartenders together.

It wasn't a great story for me but it was cute enough and as a fan of this series I'm glad we got a bit more since I thought the series was done.

One of Young's BEST work to date! Even though this is a novella, it packed one hell of a punch with my emotions! ONE KING'S WAY is a story that will appeal to the hopeless romantic in everyone. It's rare to come across an author who is so consistent in her work. With each new release comes a brand new level of romance. Young's writing soothes the soul and mends the heart. It will break you down and piece you back together. It's heartbreaking and heartwarming. It's passionate with a dash of suspe ...more

Unfortunately I didn't love this one as I have previous books in this series.

While I couldn't wait to get Craig's story, I didn't love Rain as a character. While I understand that a lot of the issues she had was because of her past, I feel that she should have gone through some type of therapy to overcome these issues rather than just saying "this is who I am, accept me for who I am." Often times, I felt her to be really needy and I didn't agree with her reasonings - it frustrated me quite hones

DNF-I just can't. The heroine is annoying and in my opinion emotionally manipulative. I already went through that with books 4 & 5. Review to come.

The story of how Craig, the bartender at the gang's favorite bar, gets his happily ever after.

Craig had been taking care of his mother and little sisters for years, and doesn't do relationships, preferring to flirt and have a series of fun one night stands instead.

Rain, who is his exact opposite, walks into the bar with an agenda and immediately draws Craig's attention. She seems resistant to his charms, which only makes him want to persist more and figure out what she is up to. She fully intend

Craig Lanaghan is a flirt and a player—two things that come easily to him as a bartender at a local club. He’s also the exact type of guy for whom Rain Alexander has no place in her life. Rain has a pretty solid set of criteria for the man who she’ll take a chance on, and Craig doesn’t tick any of her boxes. When the two meet while she’s on a revenge mission to take down her sister’s sleazy ex-boyfriend, she immediately catches Craig’s interest.

Craig has no interest in a lasting affair. The bac

What can I about the Dublin series? I can say that I love it hard. I can say that these characters will forever be in my heart. This story though touched me deep, even though it’s a novella it was a tough one.

Craig Lanaghan bartender extraordinaire, ok extrodainre is pushing it a little. He’s hot, he’s flirty, he’s sassy and he’s single. He doesn’t have time to date, when he isn ‘t at the bar he’s busy looking out for his mother and sisters. That is until Rain Alexander

While I definitely enjoyed this quick, steamy novella, and I definitely appreciate anytime one of my favorite authors gives me just a little bit more of a series I absolutely adore, this installment didn't quite measure up to the full length novels that came before it. I really loved Craig, a character who was obviously unappreciated and overlooked up to this point. The sexy noncommittal bartender drew me in right out of the gate. Rain, too, was quite captivating. The eccentric, overly

Oh I do love Young and her men. One King's Way was a fun time as Craig --who is a total flirt and thinks one night stands are the perfect length for a relationship--gets knocked on his ass when a stunning women rocking 40s pin up girl style saunters into his bar and has him thinking maybe, just maybe he's ready to be a one-woman man. Too bad she's only there to get revenge on her sister's ex and isn't one bit wowed by his

Craig has been part of this series since the beginning. From the first book we saw his flirty ways when he was around Joss and Jo. I loved his carefree and lovable attitude from the start and was so glad he finally met his match.

Craig has worked at Club 39 for years and not one woman has maintained his attention for long until Rain walks in. Her looks draw him in, with her pin-up girl style, but her personality is what really hooks him. She's strong, and independent, and sexy as hell! This one

It was a quick and entertaining read. I loved the hiccups and how this couple resolved their issues. This was the only one to have dual POVs if I'm not mistaken. I liked the male narrator addition. Full review to come once my move is complete.

This story seems to be placed just after On Dublin Street.
I remember Craig from the first book of the series, and I'm glad he's a so nice guy. The story is cute and emotional.
