Kyle Fenton's nickname around his fraternity house may as well be "Shameless Flirt." SEXY, DELICIOUS FUN!
The guy in the prompt image is stoic, but there's nothing stoic about this story.
Kyle shamelessly flirts with Dice in the hopes that maybe, MAYBE, Dice will return his attentions.
When Kyle is blindfolded, he's more than able, and he's certainly WILLING.
Serious bonus points for a Japanese-American MC with nipple bars.
GAH!
Two minor irritations:
-I didn't want to read about Kyle's other conquests. He was pining for Dice and could have slowed down on the sleaze.
-Dice being diluted the story a bit. That's such a BIG theme, and it really wasn't explored.
But who cares?
Read this for the slow, smexy burn and two frat boys getting it on.

A lost bet leads to the nicest things sometimes.
Kyle is a shameless flirt. SHAMELESS!
Dice and his stone face only eggs him on further.
I like a dude who knows what he wants and isn't ashamed to go after it.
Nico knows her way around smuff and she knows it well and she delivered it.
I'm a little bummed about missing the lace thongs. I am just saying I wouldn't be mad at a follow up.

Reading this story prompted this convo with my college age son:
He went on to say that it's really a different generation. Besides making me feel old as rocks, it made me really happy. And it made me enjoy this 'crushing on you' story all the more. It was playful, sexy and reminded me that fraternities don't have to be all about horrible homophobic hazing.

This story puts the smu- into smuff. (Smuff = smut + fluff, for the uninitiated). If you are looking for something short and hot and absolutely gorgeous to read, then look no further.
We have college boys, a bet, semi-naked car washing, blindfolds...did I mention college boys? This is seriously a most delightful read. One of those that you'll read again and again, in between angst filled novels to set your heart back straight.
Kyle and Dice will win you over and turn you into a big ol' gooey mess on the floor by the time they've finished. You'll probably need a cold shower after reading - and then find yourself going back to the beginning and starting over.
Again, I was lucky enough to beta read this and have been waiting to tell everyone to go and read it. It's so much fun. Seriously, I'm squeeing as I write this review, this story - it's just YUM!

Well, it's unpopular opinion time, again. All of my friends loved this, but it just left me cold. Something about Kyle grated on my nerves. I didn't really care how much he was sleeping around, but his feelings for Dice seemed a bit shallow and silly. I liked Dice even less, and his jealously seemed a bit much, and the gfy angle left me cold. So in short I didn't like the characters, didn't buy into their bond, and didn't even find it all that sexy at all.

Nico’s stories are always smuffy and delightful, but there was something extra sassy about Kyle that made this one so much FUN to read! I agree with my girl, Dani, that the GFY or gay-and-in-the-closet thing felt as little rushed and unresolved, but it didn't bother me much. I just sat back and enjoyed their sexy times (and their adorable cuddling post-sexy times).

This short 37-page read was just pretty average for me.
Some fraternity stuff happened, talk about school, near daily off-page random hookups for MC#1, Kyle, while at times eyeing one of his fraternity brothers.
For Kyle to be described as a shameless flirt, I didn't quite get that. We get a one liner from him, then he's out the door to look for his next off-page hookup. Not sure I call that flirting.
Then when completely standoffish MC#2, Dice, finally does return Kyle's attentions, it's out of the blue and I wanted to feel the connection, but they rarely exchanged more than 10 words at a time before that, so the sudden 'brojobs' and one night of cuddles didn't add up to an HFN for me.
When they finally do get together, the hookup scene was again just okay, so this one rated around 2.5 *meh-tacular* stars.

This was fun and flirty and sexy.
I liked Kyle because he is a total tease. I liked Dice because, he's dice and stoic and anyone who does the raised eyebrow as a response and/or question is good in my book.
The whole foreplay and build up to the "punishment" had me a bit confused at times with the story. I mean, let me get this out...
At the end this was fun and gave the prompt request what it asked for. Ooh and that cover was a pleasant delivery from the optic nerves to my grey matter.

Only the last 30% is worth it. The rest is bordering on boring.
I know, the book is not even 50 pages long.
I asked my American teacher once what a fraternity is really about apart from those 'challenges' and 'crazy parties' we see in the movies and why would people want to belong to one.
He said he wasn't sure himself.
Well, this author is honest and blunt enough to say they serve the purpose of forming 'business connections in the future'.
Anyway, the sex scene at the end is hot, and I ended up liking the MCs then. But I couldn't push myself to care for everything written before that moment.

Finally had time to read between classes today and very happy I chose this one. Getting to The Frat Brat after quite a list of stories I haven't enjoyed lately was very nice. Really my only complaints are that it wasn't longer and there is no penetration. But all the stars for this story involving a GFY top character versus a bottom. I know there are many more out there but I just don't see them often so this was quite refreshing, even if I was very much looking forward to seeing Daisuke (Dice) actually top Kyle.

Cheeky Kyle is easy to like, even while he flirts shamelessly with the straight new boy in his frat.
I liked that he was out and open, although I don't think we needed the heavy-handed aspirations of this particular frat house preached to us like that (a couple of times).
The story is great when it's being fun, and light-hearted. The seduction, when it finally happens, brings reader satisfaction, because the story acts as foreplay, dragging out the anticipation for a quite a while.
Anyways, this is a cute and brainy pair. They deserve each other.
