I gave this 5 stars as this book means the world to me on a personal level. I had the pleasure of meeting this amazing man and was able to experience the happiness and love he radiated first hand. I first met him while visiting my other half's family years ago as he was their 'Opa.' I've never been greeted more warmly by a stranger in my entire life as when I first met him. Manfred was one of the kindest souls I have ever known. He is so very missed especially now around the Holidays that he enjoyed celebrating so much. He had such a gentle way about him with a sparkle you could just feel. Manfred lived an extraordinary life and I'm so grateful an author was able to capture some of that to share with the world.
