Let me start off by saying I love this book! It was a great deal! This writer is simply an amazing writer and poet and I love her work! I think it is just fabulous. This book explains lots about having and hosting a roommate! It explains how to establish ground rules and some good examples of them! It also explains many things to expect and be cool with while having a roommate. It explains how much to charge the roommate and what to make them pay for as well. It tells about all of the legal responsibilities and all of that other legal mumbo jumbo! It says some common sense stuff to know as well that you may be unaware of. It explains the difference of a house guest and a roommate as well. Overall this was a great book and I highly suggest It for anyone with roommates.
