Just got finished Reading Part 2 of A child of a crackhead. .So far This series Is So Good One of the best I've ever read. Black Ice Is one ruthless Man He is Beyond Sick The things he do Is unimaginable This Series is Not for those with weak A Stomach ..About to start part 3

Child of a crackhead series is as addicting as Black Ice feeding his sex slaves crack cocaine. Michael Ice Jr. is the son of Black Ice and he is the owner of a community center that houses and feeds victims of domestic violence and are hooked on drugs. Michael's mother warns him to prepare and stay on guard for the devil his father. Coming from Brooklyn this book is realistic and happens every day. Can you imagine leaving home daily strapped with your new outfit? Everyday being on guard with your 9 millimeter because you never know who is lurking to kill you. Black Ice is brutal, ruthless and a sadistic drug lord who is wanted for more than sixty murders. He sits silently and watches as his enemie dies a slow death and feeds his bones to his pet hyena. He keeps women held hostage in a warehouse and feeds them crack while his henchmen inpregnate them. Shameek Speights has done it again.. I can't wait to read Child of a Crackhead three.

This book is crazy and insanely violent. It’s giving me hood Jigsaw mixed with Jeff Dahmer. It’s very cringy, but yet I can’t stop reading this series lol

Wow!! This book has me feeling some type of way. Although I HATE the poor editing (the grammatical errors made my skin crawl), I just can’t stop reading this story and can’t wait to start Part III — in 3..2..1

Part 2 was definitely banging! I actually like it better than part 1!!! It starts off being 10 years later and Michael Jr is 19 years old now. Michael tries to rid his community in Brooklyn of drugs and abuse on women, so he has opened an community center to combat those things. Although Michael is nothing like his father Black Ice, he is just like him!! even being nicknamed Evil for the things he does to drug dealers and women abusers. Black Ice hasn't been seen for 10 years, but his presence is felt, when women are gone missing and come back months later cracked out and pregnant!! Michael knows something is terribly wrong, especially when four of his workers are gone missing.
Michael knows that Black Ice is near but he doesn't know how close he is! Until Michael meets a little boy named Mike, and him and his g/f Envy takes Mike in...Mike has the same cold, black eyes as him and when things get bad...little Mike blacks out just like Michael does...Once Mike comes into Jr and Envy's life their lives are never the same...but the thing is, Jr's mother Rachel warned them about this little boy and now they wished they heeded that warning!!!
This definitely go from bad to worse in part 2 and you better believe Black Ice is the devil in the flesh!!! Everything that goes wrong in the book has his name written all over it!!!

The book, Child of a Crack Head II by Shameek Speight, picks up 10 years after Child of a Crack Head I. Michael Ice Jr is ten years older and struggling not to be like his father. I like having a follow-up to how Michael Jr is doing, Black Ice and Mike. The foundation is very good; however, it breaks off into what appears “rushed to a finish”. This cause the story to be unbelievable to ridiculous. For example; Black Ice is still hiding from the police for 60 murders, uses crack all day every day and continues to successfully manage his crack cocaine drug operation. To insure that his drug sells maintain/increase; Black Ice kidnaps women, make them use crack, tortures, get them hooked, pregnant and return them back into society to deliver a new generation of crack babies. Michael Jr and his girlfriend are going around town shooting and eluding trouble like couple in the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith with Mike as their side-kick. The erotica is over-kill and contributes nothing to the story. I had to fight my way to the end of this read.

Another great read. Gruesome and sickening in many ways. Bold and riveting. Heart racing and heart breaking. Lies, deceit, love, sex and drugs all in one book. Wow!! There were quite a few grammatical errors which could have used a double take from an editor. For that I gave this book 4 stars. It kept my attention from beginning to end and now I must start part 3 immediately. I would recommend this read but please know it is not for the weak minded.

Wow that was crazy! Anybody else feel like he was that crazy dude from the old neighborhood you grew up in? Felt like I was in the room with that crazy man. Can't remember hating and fearing a character so much in a book.

Too Damn long
Seem like this book would never end. This book was too long!! Or it seem like it just kept dragging on and on. Will not buy the next one. Feel like the author is dragging this story line out. Should have wrapped it up in this book.

So unrealistic
It was so unrealistic that I had to keep reading it. It had many grammar errors but I finished it, don't know if I'll continue the series. It seems to get more and more ridiculous!

I actually love the storyline of both 1 and 2 of this series. The reason I gave it four stars was because of the typos. I’m not talking about the slang, I’m talking about true typos. Example: mead instead of meal. That caused a bit of a judgement come across for the authors ability to be proficient. Now that my criticism is out the way; I love this book! The authors ability to be imaginative and sexual explicit is a plus for me. The dark ghetto sex scenes are explained so well I feel like I’m watching porn. I can see it in my head. Hell I can see all the scenarios in my head. All be it, there is some Jeffery Dauhmer shit happening that may turn off other readers, but I get it. I understand the purpose of the gored explanations. All in all, if you life twisted, ghetto, filthy sex, steady, page turners, this is the book for you. But you have to read book 1 first or you will definitely be lost!

Wtf can’t he die? This motherfuck just will not die. It’s crazy how he takes these women and torture them and turn them into crackheads all the while get them pregnant. Envy it is a true ride or die. Mike I don’t know what to say about him, yes he’s 10 but he know better. It took for One night for black ice to brainwash him. I wonder what happened to Tiffany she was strong I wonder if she still carrying his baby. Yasmine was so weak it was pathetic. I want to Star is doing. This Series It’s really good I’m not disappointed even with all the gruesome, sick and evil things going on. I just hope one day he dies. I couldn’t imagine walking around that time I would have moved out. How is it the police can’t catch him what’s really going on. Get into this series your mind will be blown

For those that keep giving this series a 4 and 5 rating what is wrong with y'all? It has to be people that read with their fingers in school. This was the most unbelievable shit I've ever read. And I LOVE supernatural and far fetched stories. The way all the rape victims loved the sex was disgusting and disturbing. The entire premise of starting a new generation of crack babies is ridiculous. REGARDLESS of all of that the dialogue seems like a 4th grader thought it up. So it's hard to even try to get into it.

OMG. This book was crazy.
I chose this rating because I couldn't wait to see black ice get killed. I just had to keep reading even in church today. Sorry Lord. I can't believe someone could be so cold hearted. It was amazing that michael could show so much love even with the evil DNA he was born with. It's a shame that there are people out there who believe they can change a whole generation and even the whole world with their evil selves. Father God is the creator of this world and all that is in it. He has the final say. I don't like how it ended. I wanted "you know who" dead.

After I thought people were just complaining about the errors in the book being dramatic. Lol
I just finished part two this is a very interesting story. I’m not one to really care about errors as long as I can understand and follow the storyline but this book contained so many spelling and grammatical errors it was quite annoying. However I chose to stay focused on the story and enjoyed it. I am now in the process of ordering part 3, I hope it is a interesting as part one and two.

Aside from the few spelling and grammatical errors, I loved this one more than the first. That damn Black Ice must have 100 lives. At some point I wish Jr. would’ve listened to his mom. Everything she said came true. I also believe had Jr told little Mike about them then the ending wouldn’t have happened the way it did. Overall this book was bomb. Can’t wait to read 3.

Awesome story
This story was interesting, exciting, entertaining and very, very sad. I know that it's just a story, but I think this is what really goes on out in the streets😪😥. The spelling is better in this story and it is more interesting and draws you into it. Shameek is a very good storyteller and is a pretty good writer.

Good book, horrible grammar
The story was good. I have actually read all of them. But as far as the literacy part, needs MUCH work. The grammar is horrible and the spelling is even worse.
But the actual story forces you to keep reading.

Black Ice is definitely crazy as all get up. I’m surprised Mike wanted to even side with him especially after what happened to his friend and her mom. The plot just keeps getting thicker. This author has this story written so well

This was an awesome suspenseful book I read it over a trip to Wichita, Kansas... this young author wrote a series that will keep you on your toes and wanting for more, the fast action and the wondering will keep you up at night reading...
