After like 5% in the book I already knew I wouldn't like it, but books have surprised me before so I thought I wouldn't give up so fast, stupid me, I know.. I should have gone with my gut feeling, but I hate giving up on a book.. I'm sorry, but this is what I call trying too hard to make a good connection between two characters and a good story, but first, the damn characters has to be a least a bit likable, right?
Yeah, I lasted to 62%.. I really did try. I'm sorry but I have to be honest...the book was bullshit. The characters were immature, whiny, childish and didn't make sense. I got annoyed while reading it. Ty was trying to hard to be a dominating male, to be all tough and bad boy, but it didn't work for me at all. To be frankly honest, it was a major turn-off for me.
I can work with insta-lust, however it when too damn fast to insta-love. Nicole tried to do a hate-love relationship, but what, it lasted like.. two days? They yell at each other, go back and forth, it's really confusing really.. He wants to fuck, then when she wants he suddenly doesn't, then he wants but she doesn't, and then they end up doing it? Jeez! Make up your damn minds!
Claire was annoying as hell. Yelling for no goddamn reason and ready to follow Ty to Alaska after they sleep together for the first time? I mean, SLOW DOWN, GIRL! Lol she definitely deserved I might be mean and all here, but damn, I hate characters like Claire. I love a girl with a backbone, but there goes a lines between having a backbone and to think you have a backbone. What Claire had wasn't a backbone, for me it was a girl thinking too much about herself.. Yeah here I go talking all kinds of mean things about Claire, but I'm just being honest here.. I couldn't decide if I were going to rate it, but in the end I just did. I usually don't rate DNF books, but I just wanted to express the fact that I really didn't like this book...

I'm at a loss for words. I always am, except when he's digging his fingers into all my buttons. It's hard not to stare at the towel around his waist, knowing he must be naked without it. Naked and standing in front of me like it's just another normal brother-sister visit.

I read this book in a matter of hours, with no toilet breaks, no food breaks and certainly no rest breaks.
I regret nothing. It was totally worth it!!! I love everything about this novel!!

Me explico: el primer 20% del libro está para QUE LO QUEMEN. En serio, es JODIDAMENTE desesperante, frustrante y odioso. Ambos personajes son unos imbeciles, estupidos que solo saben decirse cosas hirientes, insultarse hasta que acaban pegándose (literalmente, en serio) y llorando. No sabía a quién quería matar más si a Ty o a Claire. Ella es una caprichosa que se cree muy independiente pero en realidad es tonta perdida. Y Ty, bueno este chico el egocentrismo y el narcisismo no lo describen lo suficiente...
Oh pero dios, a partir de ese 20% el libro se vuelve una jodida maravilla. Cuando por fin, por fiiiiiiiin, entran en razón y dejan de ser una panda de estupidos el libro enamora. Es duro, muy duro pero me encanta así que llegó al final y todavía no sé si darle un 10 o un 1...

This is just awful
I seriously can't believe this book has as high of rating as it does. It's awful. Horrible characters, ridiculous plot... The sex scenes are laughable with its dialogue. This being in the top 100 list for so long is completely misleading. There are other MUCH BETTER step romance books out there.
I recommend this to no one. Unless you need a good laugh, then this ridiculous dialogue brings plenty of entertainment. Just not in the way the author was probably hoping for.

Lately there seems to be quite a lot of " step" romances flooding the market.Well,this one was no exception.This author wrote one sexy as all hell book with a dirty talking,tatted,MMA,billionaire 's son hero,just the way I like em.
The couple first meet at the nightclub the hero owns,he hits on her and asks her to join him on a foursome! She refuses of course,but there is a simmering sexual chemistry.Little did she know the next day they will meet up as step siblings as her mother had married his father.
This was one fast paced book,the sex scenes between this couple along with the dirty talking was hot,hot,hot.
There really was no ick factor with them being "steps" as it was only for a short peroid of time.Very enjoyable read.

Creo que Stepbrother Charming es mi segunda lectura de Nicole Snow, por lo que tenia una idea de lo que me encontraria en esta novela, sabia que los primeros capitulos no eran muy buenos pero que luego mejoraba, desgraciadamente para mi no hubo ningun cambio, me pase gran parte del libro esperando " esa diferencia " en la trama pero lo cierto es que me parecio un libro absurdo de principio a fin.
Es cierto que no esperaba ningun Best Seller pero tampoco esperaba encontrar una historia irreal, estupida y tan incoherente como esta.
La tematica no era la mas realista o compleja pero si la autora la hubiera desarrollado de otra forma quizas no hubiera sido un desproposito tan grande como me parecio.
Los personajes eran horribles, estupidos, insoportables, inmaduros, egoistas y muy poco trabajados, he leido relatos cortos que tienen protagonistas mucho mejor construidos que los que encontre en Stepbrother Charming.
La escritura de Nicole Snow no me impresiono demasiado en mi anterior lectura suya, quizas en parte porque fue una lectura con pocas paginas pero en esta ocasion me dejo muy insatisfecha, tampoco ayuda que este plagada de expresiones y lenguaje soez e insultante ( sobretodo para las mujeres ).
A pesar de que no le veo el atractivo al cliche de hermanastros que se enamoran, inicie la lectura con bastantes ganas pero siendo completamente honesta, ahora mismo no puedo encontrar ni un solo aspecto de esta historia que me gustara.
En fin, si disfrutas con la tematica puede que te resulte entretenido pero si no te gusta el lenguaje desagradable no creo que disfrutes de esta historia.

Although I've star rated this 2 on Goodreads this is a 2.5 read for me.
I'm really finding it hard to share my thoughts on Stepbrother Charming. I have a fondness for the step brother books. I know there's loads of them at the moment but some of these books are great and I had high hopes that this one would be a fun sexy read to join them. That was not the case for me however. I can be a bit a meanie outside of Goodreads but I struggle to be negative about a book because I've always got it in the back of my mind that this is the product of someone's hard work but I love reading and if I'm honest I did not love this.
I flat out did not like the first 30% of this story and the reasons for this would be that I couldn't stand the two main characters. when reading different books I've felt many things, entertained, heartache,laughter and lust that makes me want to get naughty with my husband, but this book didn't give me any of those things. The main characters were in their early 20's but the interaction between them was childish. Ty, the hero was a fifthy talking, club owning, man whore who is the son of billionaire. Now usually I'd be giggling like crushing school girl on that alone, but he's doesn't come across as a crude dirty bastard you can't help loving. Alas for me, he's more the 15 year old boy who stands outside the shop ask you to go buy him some beer and cigs while he tells random people to fuck off. The girl Claire did not fair much better,immature bitch! pretty much covers it.
The story didn't flow for me, there was no build of sexual tension they just argued and then thought a lot about each other genitals. Claire says
that theirs was a love/hate relationship but her calling him an asshole and him saying,"your pussy is a dime a dozen",didn't make me feel that. (I need to say I always recommend and endorse the use of the word pussy in book's, its wonderfully crude and dirty)
Now that's some of the negative out the way I'd now like to share what I did enjoy.
At around 60% of Stepbrother Charming it did actually start to pick up. Yes, there was lots of smut in this half of the book which was well done and improved my reading experience greatly, but the best part was that you finally got a connection between the characters. Because they we're finally taking on the world together and not acting like children, you saw genuine feeling develop and some real chemistry evolved. It still wasn't perfect but it was entertaining and that's what I wanted. I'm glad to say from that point on that this remained enjoyable and although there was still a few moments that just seemed silly it gave me a satisfying end.
I wish I could give this a higher rating but at times this was a forced read and although I don't regret reading to the end my rating has to reflect that.
There are a lot of good reviews for this book and although mine differs, I'd recommend reading those to get a better feeling for this story, mine is just one of a few negatives amongst lots of positives.
I've never not recommend a book and I'm not going to start now, but I do wish I'd tried a sample first so if I had to recommend anything it would be to that.
I hope others find it better than me and wish happy reading to anyone who's made it to the end of my rambling thought's.

Claire met Ty Sterner the night she went to his club for a last hooray before she started her new career. Ty was arrogant, crude, and a total player. Little did Claire know that the man was about to become her stepbrother.
Ty had never been turned down by a woman and the little spitfire Claire has captured his attention. Finding out she is his stepsister is met with complete astonishment but does give Ty the chance to drive her completely nuts.
As they wade through their new found life they find the attraction has not fizzled and one moment leads to several. They hide their relationship but know both are falling for one another.
This was good, they both ran around hiding the fact they were together but they were both in their twenties. I liked Ty a lot, he was a complete jerk but it was more about showing his vulnerability than anything. Claire was a lot of fun, she has had to live in the shadow of her mother who is a politician and you sense the need for her breakout and find her own path. Entertaining read.

I can not even put into words how ridiculous this book was... I almost didn't finish it..
The way Ty acted was so over the top and hilarious, the things that he said just made him look like a moron... It reminded me of elementary school kids saying curse words to make themselves sound older and cool, but not being old enough to know what the heck they're talking about... I mean.. it was just bad..... And his "dirty mouth"? Especially the chick she hears him with through the walls, had i heard that in real life lol or had someone talk to me like that in real life...I would have cracked up... I'm all for dirty talk, the dirtier the better but Ty just sounded ridiculous... I can't believe I actually finished this but I'm so glad it's over.....

Here it is, another temptation that I couldn't resist. I don't know about charming, but Ty is a gorgeous brute with crude manners and a filthy mouth that drive Clair mad. Their first encounter was funny and infuriating, which only led to a stormy reunion when they found out they were siblings overnight.
Definitely, this novel is entertaining and addictive from start to finish.
At first, they fight, yell and plain clash like archenemies. The banter is sometimes hot, but most of the time they just battle like crazy enemies at the field. He's cruel and she's angry.
Believe me, it's mind-blowing and exciting to watch them hurt each other and swear off any closeness only to relish it when they bounce back to get themselves deeper into their volcanic relationship.
Wanna hear a little confession? It was so, so hot to be inside Ty's head when the takes the decision to taste the forbidden fruit. I loved to read his thoughts about how he would touch Claire, make her his and how consuming his lust for her is. I wanted to stay there forever! Though I also wanted him to act on his thoughts...
Both the drama and the steamy times pulsed with life thanks to the strong emotions on display and the fiery words of the author. She has a knack for recreating painfully hot, explosive scenes of wild lust.
Just as wild as Ty and his alpha-male obsession with Claire. I enjoyed myself a lot with all the obstacles on their way, both from their initial clash and from their parents. When they have to face the consequences of their all-consuming affair, all hell breaks loose. I never saw it coming! It's frantic and desperate and crazy and I loved it. It also gutted me. I don't know if I could have forgiven Ty as fast as Claire though. He didn't deserve to be spared with a couple of "sorry". Despite her rushed acceptance, the ending was as romantic and insanely hot as I needed.
I'm so happy (and hot and bothered) that I read this book. Now I want more stories from Nicole Snow ;o)

Believe me, it's mind-blowing and exciting to watch them hurt each other and swear off any closeness only to relish it when they bounce back to get themselves deeper into their volcanic relationship.
Wanna hear a little confession? It was so, so hot to be inside Ty's head when the takes the decision to taste the forbidden fruit. I loved to read his thoughts about how he would touch Claire, make her his and how consuming his lust for her is. I wanted to stay there forever! Though I also wanted him to act on his thoughts...
Both the drama and the steamy times pulsed with life thanks to the strong emotions on display and the fiery words of the author. She has a knack for recreating painfully hot, explosive scenes of wild lust.
Just as wild as Ty and his alpha-male obsession with Claire. I enjoyed myself a lot with all the obstacles on their way, both from their initial clash and from their parents. When they have to face the consequences of their all-consuming affair, all hell breaks loose. I never saw it coming! It's frantic and desperate and crazy and I loved it. It also gutted me. I don't know if I could have forgiven Ty as fast as Claire though. He didn't deserve to be spared with a couple of "sorry". Despite her rushed acceptance, the ending was as romantic and insanely hot as I needed.
I'm so happy (and hot and bothered) that I read this book. Now I want more stories from Nicole Snow ;o)

Wow. Just.....fucking wow. I received an ARC from the author is exchange for an honest review. I love this whole stepbrother group of books that's been popping up lately but Nicole Snow has set a new bar for all the rest.
Ty is one hot as hell, filthy mouthed manwhore-ing motherfucker.....and you just can't help but love him and beg to be the next notch on his bedpost. Claire is the serious, uptight virginal daughter of a congresswoman.
Claire meets Ty for the first time when she sees him walking around the club that he owns. He hits on Claire all evening and finally asks her to join in his first foursome, which earns him a slap across the face.
The very next day she finds out that her mother has married Ty's multi-billionaire tech mogul father. As if that isn't bad enough she soon discovers they'll all be sharing the same house for the summer.
The sexual tension between Ty and Claire is off the charts, but so is their ability to piss each other off and bring out the worst in one another. Lots of time is spent screaming and putting one another down. But after some shit goes down with Ty's dad Claire realizes that there really is something more underneath Ty's asshole exterior.
You'll have to read the book to find out what happens to them. I can promise enough dirty fucking to keep your BOB busy for weeks to come, along with a love story that follows two hearts that get crushed and realize they'd rather die than be apart.

Wow what a story! Ty Sterner is a bad boy who's fathers has billions, owns a club and sometimes fighter. Then you have Claire, freshly graduated from college a good girl to the core complete opposite from Ty. Then one night while out with a friend Claire notices Ty. She is attracted to him from the start but being such a good girl thinks she will never attract a guy like him. By chance Claire and Ty meet and Ty is instantly draw to Claire is well however he completely insults her by his proposition and all ends there. Until the fateful day that Claire and Ty discover that their parents are now married and they are step siblings. Insults fly between the two her hating him, him wanting her but can't have her. Then Ty decided to risk it all for one chance to see if they have something. As they develop their newfound relationship things happen that tear them apart. Will they ever have a chance at happiness together?
The story started with a great telling of how Claire and Ty meet. I loved that they have this angst between them that makes their second meeting even more intense. Mr. Arrogant Prince Charming.....Yes, he's an arrogant ass, but damn if he's not amazing at everything he does. What can I say I'm a sucker for a bad boy, especially one who gets into fights and beats the crap out of cocky shits. He hates being told no, boy does he make her regret ever saying no to him.
If you like powerful, addictive, caring, yet demanding personalities. Then you'll looooove this.
Of course with The Arrogant Prince Charming, you need a Little Miss Perfect. Telling him no was one thing she had to do, if she gave herself to him so easily she wouldn't have seen the respect, love and care that he has for her. Yes, he may act like a complete d**ck, but that's a front obviously. Their relationship is one of uniqueness and it's very yummy, I have to admit I rather enjoy forbidden romances.

I think this is the first time where I finish a book and actually find myself saying "yup...they'll get divorced within a year!"
It wasn't very good. The H was very NOT charming (ironic much?!), he calls her Sis during sex and she's turned on by it? I can't even.... At one point during sex he shouts "here comes our kid!".. I'm speechless.. Seriously? Do you laugh or cringe?
I am not able to write anything about the storyline because I've already forgotten what it's about...

Neither of the main characters in this were even remotely likeable.
I think Claire was supposed to be gutsy and feisty, but really she just came off as a psychopath. Raking her nails down Ty's arms instead of simply using her words and telling him not to touch her? Um yea, this isn't cute or ballsy.
As for Ty, he was just sleezy. I don't mind an Alpha male with a reputation, but this guy was just gross.

ty redeemed himself somewhat. I wouldnt say he came across as the most mature or brightest hero. A feel good story in the end though with a happy ending.

Wow! Like really, really WOW! Stepbrother Charming by Nicole Snow is absolutely phenomenal. This is my very first time reading anything written by Snow and I must say, I am definitely impressed. No, I'm stunned! It literally stole the breath from my lungs. Once I started reading, I simply could not put it down. This book contained so much raw power and undeniable emotion, I was completely blown away. The story was intense, raw, exciting, well developed, riveting, emotional, heartbreaking, heartwarming, sweet, sensual, erotic, arousing and so darn hot! Sigh.... The dialogue was smart, snappy, gritty, realistic, passionate, exceptionally well written and flowed beautifully. And the characters.....Well, they are the heart and soul of this story. There is an elusive element that some authors can't quite capture in their characters but Snow has not only delivered them, but gift wrapped them for us with a big red bow. And what a treat they are! They are fascinating, captivating, charismatic, engaging, endearing, relatable and sexy. Swoon.....Another sigh....Even the villainous patriarch is noteworthy. Snow brilliantly combines these elements into a wonderfully entertaining romance. Claire Frost has just graduated college and has only one thing in mind. She wants to enjoy her last hurrah of a summer before having to join the grownup world by starting her internship for Cascades Now! in the fall. She plans to do just that by engaging in some heavy-duty clubbing and partying with her best friend Dana. And to celebrate her first night of freedom, she finds herself at Club Zing with her gal pal and they're here to have fun. Or at least she was sorta having fun until Mr. Prince Charming rudely interrupted her own little dance party.
