Although the title of this book, “Wee Butterfly” might lead one to think that this is a book written FOR children, it might be more accurate to consider it a book for adults that re-acquaints them with the unfiltered view of the world that we had as children. This is to say that many of us have lost our uniqueness, our creative spark and our sense of wonder as we accepted and conformed to the wants and needs of others. This father/son creation is a unique offering.

Some of them are a little quirky, but it adds to the charm and all of them have a purpose to serve. I think ‘Father Pukey’ and ‘No Guarantee Warranty’ spoke to me the most, but I really liked them all.

I’ve always been the kind of person who pondered about what

Jim Talentino was a brilliant mind and an inspired spirit who was way ahead of his time in a world that was not yet ready to receive what he had to offer. Self described as a hockey jock priest and a wholly coyote trickster teacher, he shared his experiences, strengths and hopes in his own unique way to ensure that his message would endure the limitless precepts of time. He left his writing for hi ...more
