Hermione is unexpectedly swept into a dystopian world of opposites where Dumbledore reigns as Dark Lord and Muggle technology and Dark Magic have revolutionized Britain. A Light wizard resistance led by Tom Riddle and the Malfoys has been left to a nightmarish fate. Can Hermione, posing as her darker incarnation, help save a world more shattered than her own?
This book is magnificent. I can quite understand why people can be predisposed to believe that a fanfiction is bad written and a stolen work, but this is honestly not the case. The premise is actually really refreshing, I haven't read something of that kind in a long while, and it really gave me back that feel when I was 11 years old, when I just tried to enjoy the story instead of criticize. I would recommend it if you like fanfiction and if you don't have a problem with AU characters (and a couple that I think some people just can't get to approve, lol). 4 stars because this book well fucking deserves it.
I've read all the chapter posted but as it's not been updated since 2015 I decide to finally mark it as finished for me that said if the author ever comes back I'd be happy to re-read it and continue/finish it for real it's one of the best Harry Potter fanfics I've ever read and I've read many of them.
I do not usually read WIPs but the premise for this one was unique enough to intrigue me. No regrets, it is one of the best fan fictions I've ever read, written by a very strong and competent author.
A WIP but one of the most engaging stories I've ever read. She creates a world of her own and it is stunningly creative, well-written, and heart-wrenching.
