Fascinating. I particularly enjoyed learning about the destruction of Jerusalem, which I did not quite previously understand the massive scale on which that took place After our Savior gave His life for us. Hundreds of thousands starving to death. The horrible acts committed by the Romans. It was truly terrible.

The Savior doesn’t want us to be unprepared for His coming and has assured us that those who are watching will know the signs of His coming. What does the desolation of abomination versus the abomination of desolation mean? This author reviews in detail many of the prophecies that I have only partly understood. This is not a doom and gloom type of approach, but a very hopeful and optimistic one. Highly recommend it.

It had some interesting points and aspects, but it was okay in some parts. I can't really say much more than that. It wasn't a waste, but it wasn't one I'd recommend to people.

I enjoyed reading this book a lot. It centers around the Savior's conversation with some of his disciples a couple of days before he was crucified. The author emphasizes the importance of this conversation, stating it was recorded in three of the gospels as well as a revelation to Joseph Smith and also his changes made through the JST. The book talks about what took place right after Christ was crucified, the destruction of Herod's temple, and then the signs of the last days and how Christ will come again. I learned a lot and enjoyed it - a little easier to read than some that I have read on the last days lately.

The subject matter and perspective were good. I found the writing similar to a textbook, and harder to read and grasp than I would have liked. I found it difficult to separate established doctrine from supposition as well, which is kind of the point of reading a book like this.

Overall, worth reading if the topic interests you. Wouldn't say it's a must read.

Great book by Richard Draper of the savior's prophecies of the last days. I highly recommend this book in light of whats happening right now. It brings a lot of understanding and clarity to the last days and helps us to understand exactly what we should be doing.
