"Does that come standard?" "Actually it came with a black dude, but he kept getting pulled over."

The Men in Black headquarters are in New York. The main agent in the story is Jay and there is a alien called Serleena that came to the city to get the Light of Zartha. Jay and his new partner Tee they are trying to kill a giant worm called Jeff. Jeff is eating away the subway and Jay, and Tee start to run down Jeff and Tee stops running because he is out of breath and then Jay jumps on his back. Then Jay jumped off Jeff and got to the back of the train to were Jeff was still eating the train. Jay got his little gun out and shot Jeff and then Jeff stopped in his tracks. Then Jay turned around and looked at the people then pulled out his neuralyzer and then told the to look at it and jay slipped on sunglasses and then flashed them. Then Jay and Tee came back to each other and Tee said he was sorry then Jay said it was ok. Then both Jay and Tee went to a diner and sat down and then Tee said that Jay can flash him and Jay flash him then got up and walked up to a server lady and said my friend over there really likes you and then walked out of the diner.

Then Serleena and her sidekick walked into Ben’s Pizzeria and asked Ben the owner were the Light of Zartha was and Ben said that he did not know what she was talking about and then Serleena killed him and then left. As the whole thing went on the Ben’s employee Laura watched the whole thing. Then Jay came back to the Men in Black headquarters and Zed, Jays boss said I have a job for you Frank will be your new partner. Then they drove to Ben’s Pizzeria and walked in and the found Laura hiding and then asked Laura what went on here and she said that this lady and her sidekick walked and then asked for the Light of Zartha and then killed Ben.

Then Jay and Frank left to go back to the headquarters and then explained the what the lady was after and Zed said that they need Kay for this job. Then Jay and Frank go get Kay from the post office he works at and then the bring him back. Then when they got there Zed said welcome back Kay now Jay take Kay to the deneuralyzer room and get him deneuralyzed. Then they were in the room and Serleena came into the headquarters and and Zed it a button under his desk and then the deneuralyzer room was flushed and then Jay and Kay were in the middle of New York City.

Then Jay had his car come to them and then they went to one a Jays alien friends store and asked if he still had the old deneuralyzer he said no at first and the Jay got the gun out and then he said yes it is down stairs. Then Jays friend fired it up and it did not work because Kay had memory back. Then Kay got all mad the walked out of the store and seen all these aliens people and then looked up in the sky and randomly got his memory back. Then Serleena sent some aliens to the store and they went down stairs and started to beat Jay up and then Kay came down stair and shot all the aliens. Then they got back in Jays car and went to Ben’s Pizzeria to go see Laura and then they walked in and Kay searched for clues and then found a key to locker C18. Then they took Laura and left her a at Kay’s old alien worm friends. Then they went to Grand Central Station and opened locker C18 and and Kay found his watch.

Then went back to Kay's friends and Laura was gone and his friend said that this guy took her. Then Jay and Kay and his worm friends went to the headquarters and then Kay said he would fight Serleena and Kay said to Jay you go get the girl. Then Jay got the girl back and they all got the into Jay’s car again and Serleena gets in her space ship thing and she starts to chase them. Then they both go down in to the subway and then Jay stopped suddenly and the Serleena got ate by Jeff.
Then they went to the top of a building and then a space ship came and then Jay and Kay put Laura in to the ship and she flew away. Then Kay put on his sunglasses then Jay and the Statue of Liberty neutralized everyone of New York City.

I thought the book was kind of good and kids should read it. I think the the book was kind of difficult to read because they were in a different place every like chapter and so it got difficult to read. Overall I thought the book was good.

This book is fun filled with intergalactic beings and slimy aliens that once walked on the face of the earth.
These extraterrestrials could be anyone like teachers, everyday people you socialize with but only some people know this, the men in black and their secret services.
It all started when a big intergalactic ship lands in the new York area.
Agent jay and his partner go investigate the scene.
The men in black are racing all over the place trying to figure out why they have come to planet earth. then Later they find out that their is something on earth called orions belt.
To their surprise they find out that "The galaxy is on the table"
I would recommend this book to ages 13-14 it is a phenomenal book and anyone would love it.

Okay I guess. Lots of great deal from the characters as well as certain plot holes that were left out of the movie, Scrad for example.

But the who feel of the novel felt sort of odd. I guess that's what happens when you have a female novelist. Too gushy and unrealistic at times, especially when concerning J and Laura.

Oh and the ending is slightly different from the movie when it comes to what exactly is the Light of Zartha.

Much like the movie this was a poor sequel to a great film. I just wish the powers that be made a novelization of MiB III, now that's something I'd love to read. C-

I don't blame it on the author that the screenplay she was given did not include my favorite part of the movie. This book was pretty good, but does not include the surprise ending revealed in the movie.

I guess I'll just have to watch the movie again so I can hear Tommy Lee Jones say, "It rains because you're sad, baby." Yeah, so, it is cheesy, and corny, and all that, but what can I do? I guess I'm just cheesy and corny at heart.

Men in black is about aliens. They hunt aliens and let aliens stay on earth. They give them jobs and places to live. But the aliens turn on us. And its up to jay and his partner kay. Kay was retired and had his memory taken. he worked at a post office full of aliens but he didn't know it. Kay had all the secrets in his world stuck in his head.

Great novelization. The author wrote humorously in analogies, hyperboles, and metaphors and it complimented the generally funny series. The ending though is different from the movie and sudden but good read start to finish.
