Best HOA Board Director book I have found

This is most comprehensive guidance for HOA Board Directors (and HOA members who want to understand more about what they have entered into) that I have found.
Other good books focus on the condo laws of one state or on Robert’s Rules of Order.
This book delves deeply into budgeting, operations, and communications.
It is the only one that explains how the IRS handles an HOA’s income and tax ability, and offers alternatives to treat non-property income and amenities to avoid it being taxed.
Very readable. Dry material is presented in an engaging manner.

Good recommendations and insight on HOA key issues.

This book had good insight in regard to situational awareness and the issues faced by most HOA Boards.

Interesting feedback for conflict resolution. Assessment options were feasible especially if you have multiple renovation projects.

Lots of good ideas which would work well for a smaller condominium.
