It's a good book depending upon which level you want to learn. Sumita Arora will give you the basics of class 11th and you will be able to program small applications and understand basic concept of C++, but if you want to advance and learn more wait for 12th class because Sumitra Arora of 12th class contains important topics such as file handling and pointers etc. Which you will need to make actual function programs.

But for class 11th, I think it is more than enough unless and until you want to explore some areas of class 12 to go into more advanced programming.

After all programming is not just a cramming subject and needs more and more practice on actual machine, you cannot just mug all up for exams and for future. Just try to understand the concepts and basics both coding and theory part is important for computer science.
