This book gives a good insight into the dos and don'ts while on a keto diet. It's a nice and quick easy read with alot of information to keep you on the right track.
Excellent quick and easy introductory primer for understanding keto written very clearly. I've watched Dr Berg but was afraid to try it, thankfully this book has allayed the fears I had and actually makes me want to go for it now.
This book has only 62 pages and is a very easy read. I don't read very fast and I still finished it in just a few hours.
The book is broken up into an introduction followed by fifteen sections about mistakes you might make if you are new to a ketogenic diet. I have been on this diet for about seven weeks now and I wish I had read this book about seven weeks ago. This is very good information and very helpful if you want to be successful in obtaining and maintaining ketosis. My advice would be if you read any other books about a ketogenic diet before starting a program, read this one along with it.
I have rated the book four stars, rather than five, because I believe it would be better suited as a section of a bigger book. Before I started this, I read two books about ketosis and a low carbohydrate, high fat diet. Both were about 160 pages. This book could have been included in either of those and made a much more complete book.
Straightforward and much-needed advice to ensure a successful dietary change for weight loss. This isn't the diet, but exactly as the title states....where you can go wrong.
I think this book gets the information across to the reader in a practical way that can actually be applied to real life. I will be recommending this book!
As a newbie to the Ketogenic lifestyle this was very helpful. I have done a lot of reading on the subject and this is a great comprehensive list of what to look out for.
Better-written and more logically laid-out than a lot of quickie Kindle ebooks. Still really just a well organized blog-post or magazine article, but worth the low price to get some answers to frequently asked questions about the diet.
