Well-written story of how wealth and success can turn family members against each other. Kim Block and Andy Shea have co-authored a compelling debut book - I couldn't put it down. Highly recommend, especially for anyone who may be experiencing something similar.

This is a sad story about a family that should’ve had a wonderful life. How much is enough! It’s also a lesson about preparing your wishes, no matter how big or small the value. It definitely will keep you engaged.

Interesting read, written from the heart of experience. Family dynamics are front and center in this tale of moving from acceptance to realization, from living through survival skills in an unfriendly but known familial environment to acknowledging the reality and saying no. The protagonist's journey is not simple and the ending is not clear... an accurate reflection of life that will speak to you.
