Théoden: Dante is within my grasp. I'm actually very excited to meet my future son. He's got wolf's blood flowing within his veins, so I know he'll be the stubborn sort, but I do like a challenge. As for Deacon, the wolf Alpha has surprised me. I hadn't expected him to locate Dante so quickly. He's a cunning one I'm going to have to keep my eye on. His ambition is both admirable and dangerous. As for my King's decree, things are moving along smoothly. I have two more children to sire and then I would have fulfilled my duty. The sooner I'm done with that, the quicker I can get to training my new child. I'm so looking forward to breaking him in.

Noel: As for my obligation to the King, I met his expectations. I've sired my first son and it's been one hell of an experience. I thought I would feel overwhelmed, but Romeo is taking to this life so naturally. I guess you could say that I chose wisely. I'm also getting the hang of being in control and being his Father. No doubt, Marco's training is seeing me through a lot of transition. Now, I have to hold up my part in the bargain Théoden made with Deacon. Can't say I'm happy about being used as a bargaining chip, but it's out of my hands. As for my training with Marco, he's promised to put me through the ringer physically. I'm ready to learn more and grow stronger.

This series will not be pulling any punches, and it won’t apologize for hurting your feelings, either. You’ll find no fluff and ruffles here. The vampires are not misunderstood, hopeless romantics looking for love. The werewolves are not cute and cuddly and the dragons aren’t the ones from your childhood. This is NOT a romance. About The Maniac Who Wrote These Books

I'm the author of deliciously dark, sexy, and thrilling MM fiction in various genres. I corrupt readers with salacious tales of possessive men staking their claims on the men who make their blood rise in certain places. I know... I should be ashamed, but I'm shameless. I'm a public menace that can't be stopped, and my characters are rude, sassy, charming, arrogant, and hotter than sinners in hell. They tell me what they want and I follow orders. When I'm not hunched over my keyboard typing away, I love to watch movies and TV shows (You should check out my reviews.)

Interesting installment.... Noel slowly coming to terms with who he has become.

"I think I started really feeling this way the day I’d first fed on those guards the night of Théoden’s ascension.
Then the night I killed one, there was something about that act that was so freeing.
Maybe it was me accepting the darkness that is inside me.I made a conscious decision to murder someone and I had enjoyed it.
I even encouraged it from my own son. What does that say about me?

Am I losing my humanity? Or is it lost already?
~~ Noel

All the new characters, results of the embracing of Théoden's children. The capture of Dante.. He's going to be really interesting. Half wolf!! hmmmm
The wolves are getting into the series!! Can't wait to read their involvement in this "crazy-exciting-train-world"

Awesome as always.

Once again Nicholas has proven to have an incredible imagination. The things he comes up with. Evolution is the last book in Season two. The grand finale.
All alliances have been formed and decrees fulfilled. Théoden's goals have been completed. Ara is well pleased with how things are going.
Noel is becoming stronger and has embraced everything that has happened to him in season two. He's becoming an aggressive vampire and General. Noel is still learning things but he is training his son (Romeo) the right way. He's not taking any back talk or disobedience from him. He's had to discipline Romeo a couple of times already. Noel still needs his own acceptance from Théoden. Noel is getting taste of power and he really likes it.
We get a little taste of vampires, dragons and werewolves in season two. In season three we may see how they work together. In some ways they need each other. At least that is my theory.
As usual sex runs rampant. In this book there is so much descriptive sex that we all get a little hot and bothered ourselves.
All of Théoden's sons have got sons of their own. Each one with their own personality and character. Some of them you just want to hold and some you just want to laugh at. Ryan is so funny you just have to love him and his tattoos. Romeo, just his name makes you laugh. Marcus has to be so strong to put up with Marco. And then there is Dante.......
Noel learns a little bit about his brothers pasts. How they came about being embraced. He finds out that his Father has a type. Every child he's ever Sired has been a rebel. Now Noel knows why Theoden wanted him in the first place.
We have some deceit going on with Deacon. Théoden is suspicious of him and he has every right to be. Deacon better watch it. He may have bitten off more than he can chew.
We have a little twist at the end. We just have to wait for season three to find out what happens.
The New Haven Series, continues and evolves again in season three, episode one: Branded: " Prince of The City."
As usual Nicholas drags you in and holds on to you. He leaves you wanting for more and he delivers. If you want to read a book that is highly erotic, extremely dark, twisted and leaves you hanging then you must read this series. This book is a must read. Again Nicholas has given us suspense, originality and his awesome imagination. Well done Nicholas. You have made us proud.

I was given this book by the author for an honest review. All I can say is thank you Nicholas Bella for allowing me to read this amazingly hot, sexy, dark series.
This series keeps getting better and better. Lots of different things going on in this episode. Theoden is getting his kingdom organized, Noel is really getting into being a vampire, he along with his brothers have sired children, and Decon has captured Dante for Theoden. King Asa is really pleased with the way things are going and he's getting ready to head out for his takeover with the help of some of Theoden's son's and grandson's. Noel has learned how some of his brothers became vampires and he's finally embraced his new life fully. The sex is plentiful, the story darker and grittier and the plot thickens. I really don't know how Nicholas Bella keeps topping each episode but he does, just when I think this episode can't be topped, boom it does I am so hooked that when I get each book, I read it right away and can't stop till I'm done. This is definitely not a book for the under 18 crowd and if you don't want to read about blood, gore and M/M sex then don't pick this up. These are definitely not your sparkley, loveable vampires and werewolves and not the dragons of your childhood.

Plot thickens.

And the plot thickens as they say at the end. More developments about in this book. More men being embraced. The war between races and becoming allies with the others. Graphic sex to the point of over exaggeration. It gets boring.

Ok bare with me. I really struggled with the first season. Like I actually stopped reading 3 times. I love dark erotica, smut, D/S. I was recommended this series. Begged to give it another go. I really struggled to get past the rape and Degradation. It's not a romance. Think Vampire, Dragon, werewolf post apocalypse meets hard core porn. No boundaries, no consent. Season 1 was hard for me. Horrible.

I enjoyed this season so much more as there was consent! I guess that's the difference, you can explain alot away but if it's fantasy n reality. It can really change the yuck feeling. Having a scene of torture or flashback is sometimes confronting, but it adds to story. Definitely not the core erotica note of book. Or an entire book made up of back to back of non-consensual encounters it was just off putting.

So yeah, it made me sick. This season was completely the opposite, once they embraced the nature and consent was there. Boom. 1 star to 4.5 star.

So you have to go in knowing not a romance! Once your mind set changes and you approach it from a different angle it's actually great..

It's a very creative read, just as author says, there definitely isn't another book like it!

So I decided since I was able to read this entire second season at one time I would just review the whole season. I have to admit I was totally addicted to this season and found myself a little relieved that Noel is finally being accepted by his brothers and Theoden. While this season has been a season of acceptance for Theoden and Noel you can't help but admire the growth in both of these sexy men. Theoden showed some compassion but was also very cutthroat in his negotiations with the other leaders. Noel definitely proves he can hang with all his brothers in his new world. This season had a lot of things going on...

Ara is leaving to go claim more territory and Theoden has been chosen to become the Prince of New Haven in his absence. This puts lots of pressure on everyone because before Ara leaves he has asked every Lord and his sons to embrace someone. Plus Ara has announced that he will be taking some of the most valued vampires in New Haven with him. Theoden knows he will not deny his King but still does not want to give up any of his children and the weighing decision pains him. We get a much needed understanding on just how important the dragon side of Theoden is in this season also. We already knew that sex was part of his family's needs but meeting Tylendel and seeing it first hand definitely brought clarity to me on that. We also learn that there is a half werewolf and half dragon in existence and Ara knows how beneficial it would be to have Theoden embrace that. Because of this new development we get to see meet the Alpha Werewolf, Deacon. Deacon is most definitely a character who I can't wait to get to know more of. My impression is he is not to be trusted at all and that he is conniving.

As for Noel he is adjusting as much as possible and coming to terms with his new life as a vampire. He still manages to mess up a lot and you can't help but pray he gets with the program fast. His brothers are addicted to him being a virgin and of course they are teaching him to love it as well. Marco is now training Noel and while he won't settle for second best Noel is finding himself wanting to please Theoden and not let him down or embarrass his new family in any way. Noel's biggest problem is that he is so new to the vampire life and now he has to become a father. When he finally chooses someone to sire he wants to give him freedom but he knows Theoden has demands of his sons and to be disrespected by a child is unacceptable. Noel is having to learn just when to give and when to take when it comes to his new son, Romeo.

What I truly loved was Mr. Bella's expansion of this fabulous world he has created. I loved meeting the new characters. Nicholas allows us to get know a lot of history in this installment of the series which I loved. The dynamics between Theoden and all his children is phenomenally written. I loved the detailed glimpse into every son in this season. I felt like I got to know each one personally in this season and my first impression of them as jerks was dissolved quickly this season. I loved the dialogue between Theoden and Tylendel so much. I laughed so hard during their meetings. I felt the power of Ara throughout the season. What can I say about this sex in this season except SIZZLING SEXY as usual. Mr. Bella can leave you panting for sure while reading his work. I love that we get a lot of kinky sex and a little bit of the dark side in this adventure. This series just has me begging for more and I can't wait to read Season 3!!!

4.5 star review by The Blogger Girls.

This series continues to deliver time and again. This is the end of a season, and while we get much of what we loved from the previous books, there is a lot of development in this segment.

Noel is adjusting to life as a sire, caught with the realizations of who he has become and the fact that he believes he now likes what that is. Realizing his place in the House of Théoden and that Romeo and how Noel treats or deals with him is a direct reflection on the family.

With Dante now having been exchanged, Théoden is more than ready to bring him on board. Dante is even more against it than Noel was, however, so that may prove challenging in the coming days. Théoden has proven time and again that he is more than capable of handling anything though, so I'm excited to see where that leads.

So, the King's decree has been fulfilled with everyone having sired their vamps. Each seems to have found a really good match. The wolves and Théoden have fulfilled their promises thus far, and the alliance is beginning to grow. All is not quite as it seems though, as the wolves seem to be playing their own game. Question is whether it will force Théoden to act positively or negatively. Sure hope they know what they're doing. :D

As I have felt throughout this entire story, each book leaves me excited about what will happen or develop in the next. The covers are absolutely gorgeous, the crests and images all creating such a colorful world that you really feel a part of it. There is quite a bit of hot and raunchy sex, but it is the actual developments in the story that really keep me interested. Bring on Season Three!

What a final of the second season! This series gets more and more amazing and intriguing. After I got this little precious in my grabby hands I couldn't stop reading till I finished the last page and every word of it.
While reading installment after installment of this awesome series you're getting drawn deeper and deeper in a dark, naughty and so damn sexy world you just want to settle there. It never gets boring in Theodens house and with his sons. Finally embracing Dante, the wolf hybrid, Theoden has even some sexy hunk more as son. It will be very interesting to see Theoden train his new "dog", for sure. And I can't wait to read and learn about it. One thing I loved the most is to see Noel finally really fitting in in his new role, home, maybe even family. He is proud to be Theodens son and Theoden is proud how he settles in and behaves more and more like one of his sons, generals. And don't forget the sexy kinky side he Begins to love more and more. Just thinking about the scene with Bruce, Ryan and him....oh yes!!
Now bringing up the werewolves some more to the story line it seems the temperature is rising. Hot alpha Deacon and his pack, well, I am looking forward to see and learn more about the action in some of their dens. Especially him claiming his mate...and his future plans and what part Theoden would play within them.
All in all, I can't get enough of this series, so please, let it never end, Nicholas!!

“Every new thing that happened to me forced me to become something…someone else. What I found fascinating is that I liked who…what I was becoming.”

It’s illuminating to see how little Theoden thinks of Jonah. He did it all to get Noel into his House, and he’s already eager to ship Jonah off to Europe.

Everyone convenes at Bliss, Theoden’s sanguinista club. And it’s a pretty dope spot.

Theoden and Noel are more amusing than ever, especially when Theoden reads Noel’s thoughts.

The action remains scorching. A lot of exhibitionism in this one.

Bruce and Ryan are hilarious together. What a great match.

Deacon is excited to receive his prize for apprehending Dante and his posse; after some fun, Theoden finalizes their transaction.

Derek is super nice to Noel and Romeo. He even reveals the backstory of all the brothers. Very intriguing. And we learn that Theoden has a type.

Derek is seeking someone quite specific to sire, and Noel helps him find just the guy. Derek will have his hands full, for sure.

Theoden is delighted to embrace Dante. And he’s incredibly proud of Noel. He reflects on Noel’s progress multiple times throughout this book. It’s a startling juxtaposition vis-à-vis Season One.

Really cool ending with a surprise POV chapter. Very much looking forward to Season Three.

Evolution is just that. With Dante in Theoden's hands, Theoden intends on creating the ultimate weapon of the supe world. Dante, however, is even less thrilled about being embraced than Noel had been. With Dante, Theoden and his house's obligation to their king, Ara, is complete.

The season two finale holds nothing back. There's more sex, action, and twists in this episode in then in any other episode in this season. The truth about Dante and his capture is brought to light in the climax of this episode and while it's not really all that surprising, it's still worth the read since its the reader's first true glimpse into the wolf pack's den.

As always, Nicholas Bella pulls the reader into his dark, twisted, and very demented world, and doesn't let go; not that we want him to. The storyline flows beautifully and captures the reader from beginning to end.

I would still recommend this book to lovers of the BDSM lifestyle, and lovers of paranormal erotica in general.

There's no hardcore cliffhanger at the end of this season, but it without a doubt paves the way beautifully for Season Three, Prince of the City, whose first episode is Branded. (I'm pretty sure that's the way it goes lol I haven't gotten confirmation on the season title yet lol)

I look forward to reading Season Three.

I give this book 5 of 5 paws

Nicholas’ Evolution is aptly named, after 5 book in this second season it so fits. Its like an accumulation of him and his sons, he tells a little bit about all of them. See how Noel has grown into his life and watch him with his own son. Marcos...pffft is still a dick and that doesn’t look like it will be changing. Derek made a an lasting impression and glad that I had the chance to know him better... And Jace..wow.. Will love to see how he evolves. I want more of Deacon..Dante and Elijah..oh oh my my...I still absolutely love Theoden, love his charisma, his style is control.
What I love about Nicholas...he writes what he wants.. And tells you from jump street its not all rainbows and butterflies. Its short, hot dark and intense and all about the glorious male(s). His style of writing just has you panting for the next one. Its easy to feed off the energy of the story and its characters. The raw possession.. The slick heat of taking whats yours.. The talent to plot and achieve your goals. To me yes its just that awesome and easy for me to give it 5 stars. I loved each of his books and this one will be a favorite as well. Just call me hooked and I can’t wait for the next one.. Nicholas!! Get to writing son!! I do recommend this read fully aware of the warning, it isn’t for weak of heart...

"Is this the person I wanted to be? Or is this the person I had to be?"
Noel is understanding and enjoying the perks of being Theoden's son more and more in this addictive installment. Somehow this raw and gritty story becomes more and more exciting, arousing and involved with each new chapter. Nicholas Bella continues to surprise me with his writing abilities.

I can not wait to find out even more about the werewolves and future of the expanding House of Theoden

The or thickens

As the series continues intrigue is added to the other line. Theoden has had all his sons sire children and is getting ready to send some off to war. Noel has come into his own and is finally beginning to live the life he has been given. As always there is plenty of rough kinky sex and forced submissiveness.

The story continues. The main goal in this book was to get Dante and make sure Theo had vampires to send with the king. Of course lots of sex and embracing. We get to hear more about Noel's brothers. I actually liked knowing more about them. Deacon is more in this book. We get to even see Moe with the pact and new members. So far great season
