WTF Are You Reading?
The chemistry between Melinda and Hayden casts it's wonderfully warm glow over every scene that these two share. The story is made however, by the fact that there are always circumstances, both of the tangible and theoretical variety, which seem to pose a threat to the happiness that waits for these two just on the herizon.

Try as one might, it becomes utterly impossible to dislike the character of Hayden. Though sustained loathing for her leading man doesn't seem to be a problem for leading lady

The Werewolf Wears Prada was a really enjoyable read and a great start to the new series.
Melina Rosenthal is a reporter and has her eye set on working the fashion column in the best fashion magazine around – Eclipse – she has the offer handed to her on a plate but it comes with a cost….. She must shadow Hayden Dean for a month and change his playboy image so that people will think he is a good bet as the new boss of his late fathe

Well I've finally popped my werewolf shifter cherry, and I'll say that this will not be the last werewolf book I read. I thought it was a great introduction to this genre giving me just enough background to understand the werewolf world, spicy chemistry between the lead characters, and intrigue and mystery with the overall storyline.

I immediately connected with Hayden and could easily relate to his misgivings about his roll in the Pack. He is poised to take over as the Alpha following the death

What a fun and exciting book! I am not a huge fan of the paranormal genre, but I am a fan of Kristin Miller. So when The Werewolf Wears Prada became available for review, I jumped at the chance to read it. This is a sexy, fast-paced romance about an entertainment reporter, a werewolf, and finding your Luminary.

Melina Rosenthal lives and breathes fashion. She knows it is only a matter of time before she works her way up from celebrity journalist to fashion columnist. Melina loves her job and will

Set in the same world as Miller's Seattle Wolf Pack Series, The San Francisco Wolf Pack series starts off great with THE WEREWOLF WEARS PRADA.

Melina wants nothing more than to work for Eclipse and the man that stood her up a year earlier is the only way to get the job. Boy does she have her work cut out for her. You would think that she would be a huge snob with her addiction to fashion, but I found her to be pretty down to earth. She is a pretty strong woman and it shines in quite a few parts

Fated mates fans this is right up your alley.

Man do I love me some Covet imprint reads and one of the authors doing some great stuff in it is Kristin Miller... even my mom is a fan after I recommended she check them out. If you've read her Seattle Wolf Pack stories already you'll just be relocating within the same world, if you're starting with the San Francisco Wolf Pack don't worry, you don't need to read the other first but I recommend going back and reading the former at some point.

Melina is known for her talent to improve the image of nearly everyone. As she gets the chance to land her dream job she takes it without a thought, even when she has to work with Hayden Dean, who broke her heart a year before.

I loved Haydens character, he was great. He has the reputation of a playboy, but there's so much more to him. His character was really well done and one could feel the push/pull of his responsibilities to his pack and fear of his feelings and future with Melina..

Hayden has anger issues especially when he can't get his woman fast enough help, "damn it!” He slammed his fists against the wheel. “Fastest effing vehicle in production and I still can’t get to Howlands in time." His woman is quite the temptation when she gets in the mood:
"Sex. Are you in or out?” She purred. “Please say both.”
“Good God.” His pupils widened. “You’re a vixen.” Oh yeah, she had him right where she wanted him
Hayden thinks he has quite the stamina, "if I had my way, Melina,” he

This is the first book in the San Francisco Wolf Pack Series by Kristin Miller. She uses her shifter rules again in this new series, she's just moved them to San Fran from the Seattle Wolf Pack.

Melina is ready to go to a huge affair with Hayden. She's wearing her fanciest dress, and in her case, that means DESIGNER TOGS. She felt a connection with him when she interviewed him earlier in the day. He might actually be someone she wants to get to know, long term. Her chagrin and hurt is deep when

Melina and Hayden have a comfortable dynamic despite the surge of forbidden attraction and less-than-perfect past they share. Being stood up for a public awards show with a millionaire bachelor (who brought two someone elses in your place only hours after inviting you to be his date) isn't something a woman just shrugs off, but Melina is a consummate professional and Hayden has

This sexy shifter romance is the story of Melina and Hayden. When Melina interviews millionaire playboy Hayden for a celebrity magazine, she thinks they share a connection. But when he ditches her as his date for a red carpet gala, she realizes he's just like the tabloid articles describe - a vain, selfish jerk. Fast forward a year later and Melina is in line for a promotion with her magazine, if she can improve Hayden's public image and write an article with her success. As for Hayden, well, be ...more

I received a copy of this story through NetGalley from the always awesome publisher, Entangled Publishing, for an honest review. (seriously, I'm not sucking up, they put out some great stories)

I thought Hayden was a great character. He has the reputation of a playboy, but there's so much more to him. The author did a great job helping me to feel the push/pull of his responsibilities to his pack and fear of his feelings and future with Melina. I'm so glad we had dual points of view so we could be

Melina Rae interviewed playboy celebrity Hayden Dean a year ago. He asked her to accompany him to an awards ceremony, but then stood her up. A fashionista with an eye for bargains, Melina was left heartbroken and wearing her Prada gown.

Fast forward to present day, when Melina is given the assignment of shadowing Hayden and writing a favorable article on him. It's her ticket to the job she wants with Eclipse, a fashion magazine. What she doesn't know is that Hayden needs a new image to become the

In the new spin-off series of Kristin Miller's Seattle Wolf Pack, now called San Francisco Wolf Pack. Hayden Dean has the image of bad boy/playboy factor, but once his father had passed away he's next to be alpha. But Hayden seems to be neglecting that duty and with rouges killing humans on the rise he need to change things around.

How can that happen?

This is my first Kristen Miller book, I did not hate it entirely but it's not a favourite. It's about some rich guy and a girl and a lotta insta love, which I usually tolerate, but in this case, it was so badly done I couldn't even pretend not to cringe whenever the h speaks. Anyway, I made it till the end and I wwill be reading the next book because there are so many good reviews and I could be mistaken. Basically, the only thing I love in this book is the h's wardrobe.

This has to be one of the best romance novels I've read in a really long time. While I'm used to thinking of romance novels as smut and without much of a plot, Miller did an amazing job at getting me invested in not only the main characters but also the world around them.
The characters had substance and I can understand the drive to keep reading the series in order to see what happens to them and their world. However, I'm content to read this book as a standalone novel. While there's certainly

In the beginning I felt like it was a little slow and I wasn't sure how I felt about Melina but once Hayden and her reunited it got better and I it was a good read.

I received this in a box set from Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. This is book 1 in the San Francisco wolf pack series. I had already read book 2 in the series but the books can really be read separately. I did enjoy the story but I did not love Hayden. Hayden is a playboy that needs to clean up his image. He was just not a favorite of mine. He was a jerk to his "Soul mate." I am looking forward to reading the rest in the series.

I so enjoy Kristin Miller’s werewolves and this new series has me smiling at the thought of more books to come! One of the things I love about Ms. Miller’s werewolves is that they seem to seamlessly integrate into society, giving you the feeling that they could really exist. There’s quite a bit of lore and werewolf pack activity, but so many of the issues are so easy to relate to that it makes for a comfortable read.

So you have Hayden, who is slated to take over as the alpha of the pack…but of c

In case you weren’t aware, I totally am in lust with werewolves. Teen Wolves is one of my favorite shows. I also really like the tv show, Bitten. Hot werewolves just do it for me I guess. So, when I saw that The Werewolf Wears Prada was available for review, I thought I would give it a try. I haven’t read too many shapeshifter romances in a long time, outside of

I got lucky a few days ago and saw this available on Net Galley. In exchange for an honest review, they gave me an early look.

Let me preface this by saying I'm an avid paranormal/fantasy reader. I like my shifters, vampires, witches, and whatever magical else that bumps in the night. So I'm a tougher critic when it comes to these elements. And with this book, it could have been better. The world building was good, not great. I would have liked to see more of the werewolf culture, instead of jus

Melina knows fashion and she knows where she wants to end up – trouble is, the jerk who stood her up for a trip down the red carpet a year ago is the one who needs her expertise – and that means spending time with Hayden.

Hayden is the Alpha elect for the San Francisco wolf pack. A playboy and a shifter with a truly bad boy image. He needs Melina’s help, too bad it means spending a lot of time with her. He certainly enjoys the playboy image he’s cultivated, but i

The Werewolf Wears Prada, a San Francisco Wolf Pack novel, Kristin Miller
Genre:  Romance, Fantasy/Sci-fi.
Review from Jeannie Zelos book reviews
I’ve read  the Seattle Pack trio and enjoyed them, so thought I’d try this one from the San Francisco pack. These aren’t deep, heavy, complex reads, but a kind of werewolf lite read, one where humour plays a part, and the romance is...well, fluffy sounds wrong when talking about werewolves, but it gives an idea of the type of read these are. Fun reads,

Anytime I see this author and she has written about wolves I just have to open it up and see what it is about. She does know how to give them character and flair that by the time you are done you would so love to be like Red Riding Hood and invite them in. Melina is revved up because she has a date with what she thinks is one of the most caring to her surprise eligible bachelors after a interview. Hayden though breaks that illusion real fast by being seen on TV with someone else. Also after seei ...more

One day Melina met an extremely attractive man who made her laugh, had immaculate fashion sense and seemed to feel the same instant chemistry she did, so of course she said YES when he asked her out! Turning her back on love, she hardened her heart and focused on the one thing that had never let down – her undying obsession for all things fashion. A year later, Melina quite ...more

Melina Rosenthal and Hayden Dean are fated mates. Better known in wolf culture as his Luminary. If they get together they will be stronger, and live longer and love well.

Melina is currently a writer and lover of fashion. Hayden is currently a playboy who needs an image reboot. When she is hired to write an article on him to "fix" his image - the sparks start flying around the room! She knows there is something he is holding back. He wants to control what is written about his image, because what?
