Moments of Fear and compassion. As I dive into the Cedric Series I am met with complete mixed emotions. This is not bad at all. Each character you tend to engulf yourself into their feelings of hope, love and resentment.

Romasanta is the main character in this book and I will mention he is nothing like the one you meet in book one. If you are like most you wonder why is this creature so evil spirited? Romasanta wasn’t always a creature. Picking up from the first book, Book 2 tells of a farmer wh

Wow. Romasanta was… Everything a paranormal book should have and I am kind of sad that I can’t give more stars than five because in my opinion Romasanta was even better than Cedric and Cedric already earned the five stars square and fair.
That being said, let’s start at the beginning: We git glimpses of Romasanta in Cedric’s book and I strongly suggest reading Cedric before this one. You will understand the story better and it’ll make a LOT mor

Willis delivers another page-turner in the Cedric series with Romasanta's story. I was a bit ambivalent about this character in book one, but reading his journey has endeared him to me quite effectively. Romasanta is such a complex character and my heart broke for him. He's full of self-hatred and oh, so flawed, but I couldn't help loving him in spite of those flaws - or maybe because of them?
It is impossible to explain everything that I found wonderful about this book without spoilers, so I'll

Howlingly great read. Love the development of this character. You fall hard for all he's faced and want more at the end. This is a great series. Keeps your attention throughout the book and you don't want to put it down.

Romasanta, the second book of the Cedric series, has several ties to the first book while also being an excellent stand-alone novel. The reader is sucked into the action in the first chapter where Romasanta searches for the infamous wolf, Fenrir, and discovers the creature has been trapped in a bloodstone. He must go on a quest to free Fenrir and also save his wife, Daphne, who transformed into a tree. If that isn’t challenging enough, Fenrir uses Romasanta’s body to turn into wolf form and exac ...more

Who knew monsters could be so complex!

Loved the story of Romasanta and that it told more about Cedric! The journey has been a long one for Romasanta and it isn’t over yet. Can’t wait to see if Romasanta finds what he has been looking for and also, if Cedric and Angeline can find their happiness.

Book 2 of The Cedric series follows Romasanta, whom we met in book 1. It answers many questions from book 1 and digs deeper into some other characters we've met and introduces some new ones. I enjoyed finding out about Romasanta's past as well as continuing the entwined story-line from book 1. However, with that said, I found parts of this book at times to be more confusing than those in book 1. I still love all the intermingling of paranormal, historical, mythological, and fantasy elements of t ...more
