Perhaps my favorite in the series. It has Fuzzypeg as a trickster, celebration of literacy, nice twist on Aesop.

Great little book; cute but not cloying, and shows compassion for the hungry Fox.

This is the first time reading this book, I didn’t like the style of the illustration much, but this was taken from the CITV programme so is not the original.
The story was good, but there’s no humour in this really and that’s what I like.
It was a good story though overall.

Such a special book. Beautifully illustrated and a trip back in time! My mother used to read it to me.
