This has got to be the weirdest serial I have ever read. How are you supposed to like Dara; a girl who gets into a limo with a stranger she knows is not the man he's pretending to be? A man who's obviously been stalking her, treats her like disrespectfully, puts on makeup to make her resemble another woman and procedes to bite down on her neck - hard? THEN agrees to a second date, not only with him, but his brother.

Seriously, if someone DESERVES to be found dead behind a dumpster, it would be Dara.

But the strangest thing of all; this story is so fucked that I actually may have to continue reading it, just to know just how stupidly inane this girl really is.

DOUBLE TROUBLE !!!

Wow! What an amazing introduction to Rosette Bolter's exhilarating new series, Engaged To The Vampire Twins! I love it! Remember Dara Mills from Bolter's Worshipped By The Bear Kings serial? Well, she's back and now has her own series. The sassy, snarky Dara is now trying to move on with her life and put the murder of her brother, Jake behind her. It has been a very difficult year since his death and Dara has made quite a few changes. She has left her old boyfriend Dennis Whiley behind, now has her own apartment and a new job at a prestigious law firm, Hall and Evans. The past has taken quite a toll on Dara. She is no longer the social butterfly of her wild youth but is instead, somewhat of a recluse. Having witnessed the strange world of the paranormal and experienced the danger and death first hand, she no longer desires the exposure to anything supernatural. So when an unexpected package mysteriously appears at her door from the wealthy entrepreneur, Brandon Drake, she is more than a little puzzled. Inside the package is a dress and a note telling her that he's waiting for her downstairs in his limo. She's never even met the man and certainly has no intention of getting into his limo or ever dating him. What the heck? But never say never! The story is exciting, intriguing, suspenseful, original and imaginative. The characters are fascinating, captivating and sexy. I was hooked from page one. I can hardly wait for the release of the next installment in this suspenseful new serial. Great entertainment!

Another disappointment

Just read a book y this author and ended up deleting the other parts of the serial. Only to realize that I had our based other serials as well darn!!! Juvenile writing has not improved. Usually I hate just discarding books but for this author, I am going to make an exception.

I tried… I really did…
I don't like the writing style used in this series. I didn't feel any chemistry at all between any of the characters. I found the main character, hard to like, and her stalker impossible to like. I won't be going any farther in this series. I didn't even make it all the way through this part of it, despite how short it is.

Strange

I enjoyed the read, but it's starting out really weird. The main character, Dara, doesn't seem to have any mental alarm bells. Almost unrealistically.
