The first line of the books says "There are millions of fitness books out there so what makes this one so different?" This is an excellent first line as the author then begins to explain that you do not need pricey health club memberships, expensive equipment or the same boring routine to get in shape. The book discusses utilizing a 5 point system to getting in shape, staying in shape and staying motivated. Because each day the routine changes, one is less likely to lose interest. I can sure use to lose a few pounds. I hate to admit it but I am not in great shape since being out of school. I really need to work on that and this book will help me. I think the routines and ideas in this book are great. * I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*

It really does work if you use the exercise and stick to the program. Plus, the workouts are great and fun.
